Solid 4 all around…We had the Red Mole Chicken Plate and the Mole Enchiladas. The Mole is better than most places around. My wife thought it was more spicy than sweet. The tortillas were handmade and the rice was great with the mole. I thought the refried beans were not very flavorful and charging $3 for chips was new to me, especially since they cut them in strips making them less ideal for dipping… honestly my opinion is so you eat less of them. They tasted like bagged chip strips from Smart & Final (which is not a bad thing…I like Smart & Final Chips). Presentation was solid and the service was good…Only complaint was the chairs inside sat really upright and the posts for the front legs dug into your legs. I’d come back for sure. The interior was a modern good looking experience with cool lighting and an open kitchen with windows where you could see them cooking.

The food was great, and the service was amazing! It is a family owned restaurant and they are all wonderful. We booked the private room in advance, so we didn’t have a wait time. Everyone enjoyed their meals! A lot of our party ordered agua chile and they loved it. My aunt ordered chicken soap and it was the best one she’s ever had and she is very particular.

One of the best Mexican food with love, spice and taste that you can find near LA. We came across the place accidentally and thank heavens we did. The garlic chicken wings are simply awesome. The sauce is freshly made and we tried our best to get a few bottles of it 🙂 besides that we had the garlic shrimp in diablo sauce which was great to. The atmosphere is like you are at a family gathering, truly representing a warm and friendly family run establishment. Highly recommended. Paloma is awesome

This family-run restaurant is nothing short of spectacular! From incredible service to outstanding delicious food, they really stand out. It’s by far our favorite Mexican restaurant and we drive 45 minutes to get there because we love the restaurant, the food, the atmosphere, and most of all the family running it. Don’t wait – visit them today! You won’t regret it. Also, don’t skip dessert – their homemade seasonal cheesecakes are very memorable!

this used to be our top favorite place to come and eat with the family, before they expanded their food was unbelievable, COFFEE was amazing! (It was one of my favorites in town) NOW that they expanded I don’t what happened to them maybe new owners? Or what but the service it’s HORRIBLE the food it’s okay not good , I had to walk to the bar and ask for water bc they took over and HR to get me water, FOOD TOOK AND HOUR AND HALF, and when I checked we were still missing a plate! We all finished and they FINALLY BROUGHT THE LAST PLATE. They need to pay attention to all this because they good reviews were from the old location. ITS JUST NOT THE SAME SABROSO

Great service and delicious Mexican food. I wouldn’t say it’s the best ever but you clearly taste the love and care in their food. The garlic shrimp tastes like they use good quality garlic and not the nasty citric acid jarred stuff.
