Great brunch spot!! Had the California dream omelette which was fantastic (I could do with a lil less cilantro crema but I’m not a big sauce gurl), the potatoes just tasted like potatoes no big seasoning going on there pero some peeps love that! And the toast was thick sliced. The chicken and waffles were also great with the basil butter added an extra savory kick. The chai hot chocolate was also SO FREAKING GOOD!!

Three of us showed up at Sabrina’s on Callowhill Street for our ten a.m. reservation. We had to wait about ten minutes for our table, but we were able to wait inside to escape the frigid temperature outside. The place has a busy breakfast vibe with someone, usually a server, in motion. Busy as it was, we were not rushed through breakfast, which was delivered to our table in a reasonable time. Our server was good, but perhaps had a few too many tables to deal with. However, the food was excellent. I had the Farmhouse Omelette which was delish and a healthy serving. I also had a side of cheesy grits, which were better than instant but not as good as slow cooked grits that you get down south. My wife had a spinach and feta omelet which was reported to be “yum”. Pancakes were excellent as was the French Toast. We ended up bringing a few leftovers home (for the dog of course). All in all, an enjoyable breakfast.

The French toast is really good! Banana pudding is great for banana lover~ I’m surprised that they slightly seasoned the egg omelette cuz most places offer them plain… warm service and busy sundays!

Call ahead and check wait time would be smart move

I went there with family and was shocked to see such great options. Menu had clear markers for vegetarian and vegan dishes. I loved this place and would visit every month from now on. Tried 3 dishes and all were delicious and well balanced flavors. They do offer ketchup and hot sauce as well but we didn’t even need them. The pancakes had perfect sweetness and portion sizes are huge. The service was fast, and everyone was bright and we feel welcomed.

Their fall drink menu is also very diverse and we ended up going for pumpkin spice latte.

The best dish was our California omlette and the potatoes on side are crispy and seasoned well

This place was soooo cute and the food was delicious. Went around noon and it was about a 45 min wait for a party of 2 but they do have outdoor heaters as you wait. The food came out in a timely manner and it was wonderful. The pancakes are HUGE and tasty. Highly recommend the blueberry lemonade as well. If you’re in Philly check this place out.

Great food! Fun atmosphere. Friendly service although a bit slow. It was quite busy though. The eggs Benedict was delicious as was the cauliflower soup. The pumpkin spice latte was phenomenal!!! We would 100% return!!!

Stopped here after seeing some TikTok’s about the shrimp and grits and so happy I did. They estimated a 45 min wait but ended up only being 20 thankfully. Despite it being busy service was swift and the waitress was attentive and friendly. The shrimp and grits were literally the best thing I’ve tasted.

Im not a Philadelphia resident, im visiting from Southern California where Roscos Chicken and waffles are famous. Sabrina’s blew them out of the water! The sophisticated elevated taste of the sweet and the savory, including the beautiful detail touch of the crispy green on top of the waffle with the herb butter and the sweetness of the syrup with a hint of vanilla truly made this experience remarkable. I highly recommend you try the chicken and waffles at Sabrina‘s.

Coming in around 830am on a Saturday and got seated in a spacious booth right away. Food came out quick. The place was filling up as we were leaving, so we were lucky to get in right before the rush.

Typically settling for a simple omelet or benedict for brunch, we decided to go bold and order Shrimp & Grits as well as Chicken & Waffles. We even spiced it up with a seasonal apple cider drink.

Zero regrets! Our cider drink warmed our soul. My shrimp was amazing and so full of flavor, and was balanced out well by the creamy grits. Husband’s chicken was nicely fried, and paired will with the nicely crisped waffles. Kiddo loved his pancake because, well, he likes pancakes, especially those with cute faces.

Happy, full stomachs all around. Such a fantastic brunch place!

Came around a busy hour and we’re still seated immediately. Wait for food was average but when it came out we were thoroughly impressed. Stuffed brioche French toast was basically two servings for the amount you get and absolutely delicious (and gorgeous??). The egg sandwich could be two servings depending on how hungry you are, and the potato’s were the star of the show. Hope to come back next time I’m in Philly.
