My husband took me to the distillery next door and I was really planning on a different dinner at home but I looked up review of this place and had to try it. We were pleasantly surprised. I had their pastor taco and asada taco on corn tortillas. hands down the best tacos ever. Their pastor nachos were also outstanding!!! I hope to return soon.

We almost missed this amazing outdoor dining spot—so thankful we saw the flags on Luckenbach Road! The food truck is tucked behind the distillery, and it ended up being one of our favorite stops.
The whole experience was top-notch. The setting is relaxed and inviting with plenty of shade, super comfortable seating, great music, and lots of yard games to enjoy. There’s even on-site whiskey tasting in the distillery right next door.
The menu is surprisingly large, the food was full of flavor, and the prices were really reasonable. My mom loved the made-from-scratch churros, and as a vegan, I appreciated how easy it was to find something I could enjoy. There’s truly something for everyone.
Best of all, it’s family owned and operated—and you can tell. The family was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
If you’re anywhere nearby, don’t skip this spot!

Changing my review from 3 to 5 stars because this is clearly someones business who is trying to pay bills and exist like the rest of us and for that you get 5 stars.
The good:
They have an expansive menu, tons of different foods to choose from. Very kind staff and they want you to be happy. The fries are excellent. The tacos are great as well.
The bad:
Because this food truck is serving food to the patrons of the whiskey distillery, the food is priced to match the high prices of the craft distillery. Very high. Expect 16-20 per plate prices, and lots of fries (which are very good)

If we could give this place 10 stars, we would! From scratch food. You will be coming back for more, I can promise you. Plenty of outside and inside seating. Located inside the fence of the 1693 Distillery. You’ll definitely want to check this place out.
My burger was mouth watering and juicy. Chaca Burger. Onion rings were crunchy and tasty. Honestly it’s hard to find a really good burger around here. Now, I have a place to go!
The guys both got asada tacos. Sauteed peppers and onions, lime, corn tortillas. She has both mild and spicy homemade salsa. So juicy and flavorful they both said. We were all just smiling about it. Ha!
Great place to go also, if like us, you’ve been working at a job and you’re not all cleaned up yet. Come as you are! This place will definitely be on our rotation

This truck is a little gem! We were visiting the distillery and the kiddos were asking for a “treat”. To our surprise, this place boasts a lengthy menu with several dessert options.
We opted for two churros with ice cream, which totaled just over $5. An absolute deal! As we were tasting bourbons and tequila, we thought it would be advantageous to have some food. We didn’t have high hopes, but to my surprise, the flautas were freaking amazing! We might actually visit this place before heading back home. They were crunchy, the tomatillo salsa had the perfect amount of spice and tasted like your abuela’s.
IMO, it was the epitome of what one would expect from a Tex mex food truck.

We had empanadas, enchiladas, tamales, and a wrap and everything was so good!! The sauces were so flavorful and delicious. Their empanadas and sauces are made without flour and are all gluten free. I talked to the two in the food truck about dietary restrictions and they were very accommodating. They were so nice and had very helpful recommendations about their menu. We will definitely be back!! Some of the best Mexican food we’ve had in a long time.

Y’all I am not even kidding you. I had the best quesadilla of my life here today. I live an hour and a half away and I might just have to make a monthly trip out to Fredericksburg just to eat here. The girls working were also just so sweet.
