I cannot fully describe how delicious this food was, and the service was on par with the food. I am Venezuelan, I grew up in Miami, my best friend is Colombian (she was with me), so we know what good Colombian food tastes like, and we found it here. Everyone at the table couldn’t stop raving about the food’s greatness. I got the lunch special with sautéed onion chicken, pico de gallo, and maduros, and cleared my plate. We got the maduros with cheese and guava as an app, and it was gone within minutes. The montañera arepa could feed too; the avocado was perfect. The ceviche was fresh, juicy, and the perfect serving. Lastly, the mango juice with milk was so good that we almost ordered a second one. The pictures speak for themselves.

The food is great! However you should let your costumers know that after spending $75 they will be charged with the %18 fee service. This is something restaurants usually charge when you have a group of 5 or more and must be clearly disclosed on the menu or receipt to avoid consumer deception! You are the only restaurant in the are charging this ” fee service” for a $75 bill. I understand charging a big group of people or a bill of at least $100. Please make sure you are transparent and let your costumers know in the menu about this charges. We always leave a good tip ( 15-200%) depending on the service and I understand you guys are located in bergenline so probably don’t get good tips but this is about being honest with the money you charge other than that , excellent food and service.

This place used to be great. But they’re skimping out on the Empanadas. Really thick, hard crust.. almost no filling. This is subpar. Way too tiny and expensive for this “level” of quality. This has to be the worst Colombian Empanada on Bergenline, I’ve ever had. And I’ve been to ALL of them. Don’t recommended it.

Love this place! Home cooked style meals with great prices and portions. The lunch special is a perfect amount and you get to choose your own protein. I also cater for the holidays here and my family always compliment the food.
