Very disappointed. I ve been to Sabor venezolano on Sheridan and Flamingo many times, and both the food and the service were excellent. In Weston, the cachapas we had (4) were burned and hard, and I had to get up to ask the server for a coffee because she never came back to ask if any of us wanted water or something. Not going back. I ll be loyal to the one on Sheridan.

The meal that we had was burned. The heat in the skillet was too high.
The manager as well as the server offered to make another but we had eaten enought that we did not want more.
I appreciate that they offered to make it again but it was our first time and almost curely our last.
The server Natalia was exceptional. I felt very bad for her because it was not her fault and I recognized that.

Worst service ever!! We didn’t even sit down and the server had a really bad attitude. We said “Hi” and she just look at us from the side and didn’t even say hi back. We didn’t feel welcome, so we just walked out !
