The person receiving clients does not look like she wants to be there. We walk in she does not even say hi, we ask info about a cake and she speeds through the options and get upset or when we asked questions.

Terrible service.
I asked what a was in the stuffed bread “pan relleno”, after she told me it was stuffed with Ham, I told her I couldn’t eat pork. She replied that now I had to buy it since it was out of the case, even if I couldn’t eat it. $7 for a sandwich I can’t eat; her demeanor was the worst.
There was no sign or indication of what was in the sandwich or the cost. I told her that how was any customer suppose to know what they were buying. Essentially she coerced me to buy a $7 sandwich that I had to throw away and everyone has to take their word for how much items cost.

I was refused service 10/27/2025 around 1130 am. I guess they do not serve black people.

My dad would always want our birthday cakes to be special, so he would splurge on them. This was his go-to. He ordered one for his 90-year-old sister. It was pink with stick figures. Super cute! The bagged breads and hard cheese: Are you kidding me? It’s all good. They even have pre-packaged rice pudding. Yum. Their offerings aren’t always consistent, but you’ll pretty much always find the sweet breads, the fresh loaves of bread, and dressed up cakes for parties.

We love the cake and it was very custom. Other bakeries just have plain white cake but this one was very unique and delicious. Other bakeries have way over sweet cake but this one was perfect and so so fresh. We will definitely be back!!

It’s a little confusing when you first go in, most of it is self serve they don’t have prices in anything. I’ve purchased bread as well as the cookies. Bread is nice cookies aren’t good. I also purchased a spice of cake that cost me almost $7.00 sadly it wasn’t good at all. Charm we service is okay a little problematic that I don’t speak Spanish.

Thier pastries are good but costly. I went to buy a cake for my twins birthday and when I saw how hideous the words on the cake were wrotten I asked if they would do it again. They said no and refunded my money and did not allow me to purchas another one. They were very unprofessional and did the words with a syrup topping for ice cream not meant for cakes.

Can’t go wrong with anything. And their “breakfast” sandwiches are awesome! I ask for no hot peppers( cause I’m a wimp) or onions (cant have onion breath at work, lol) but man its good. The croissants arent your typical either. Much denser and slightly sweet. Great for sandwiches or with your coffee.

Had their quesadilla for the first time today. I feel like I hit the lotto cause they had just brought them out from the back. Still warm and in their pans.

Aaaaaamazing!!!

I stopped today to buy bread for El dia de los muertos…I was upset and I was surprised when I asked the lady that works there I asked how much it was a piece… She said $7.90 a piece… I was like what are you for real?..I will never shop at this place again I would rather go to the dolce Vita bakery that’s it’s a bit far for my house but I’d rather drive than to spend like a whole bunch of money for it not a good quality of bread it’s just a shame
