This charming, family-owned bakery offers a truly authentic taste of Ecuadorian sweets. Everything is freshly baked—never anything old—and there’s always something new to try. On weekends, they serve delicious French fries with beef franks, and a fantastic Encebollado, a traditional Ecuadorian dish made with albacore. They really do it well!
Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty breakfast or just want to enjoy a simple croissant with a good cup of coffee, this is the place to be.
P.S. The empanada de viento—a light, airy, cheese-filled fried pastry—has sadly been discontinued. Be sure to ask about it and put in your request to bring it back. Let’s convince them to make it again!

Sabor Ambateño brings me back nostalgic childhood sweet memories. There Bread, food and pastries are to die for!!. There staff excellent, they are always attentive & there cakes are beautiful and the taste nothing but the best. I will definitely come back!
