Food was not cooked well. Sausage was raw. Steak was excessively greasy. Margaritas were premixed and almost had no alcohol. We waited 35 min for a server to greet us and take our order. Since no one approached us, I went to the bar. Bartender told me I had to find a waiter or I could order from him but he wouldn’t bring out food to our table. Finally got a waitress. She was very busy but tried to do her best with what she had. There was only one food option from the menu. My wife was hungry so we ordered it and it was not cooked well so we left it all. A couple of friends arrived and we ordered Margaritas and there was no alcohol in them so we then asked for shots. Got the bill and paid for everything and as we were planning on leaving we were able to speak to the manager not sure if his name is Alberto but I told him about our experience and he automatically said what did we want to have taken out of the bill. I said no it’s fine I already paid I just wanted you to know about the service and he did not allow me to finish my sentence and threatened to have me and my female friends kicked out. I mentioned I use to work with one of the owners and he screamed at me that he was a higher owner and that he did not care who I knew. I texted the owner that I knew and waited for Alberto to kick us out but I guess he got the phone call and never came back out from the kitchen to keep his word to kick us out unjustly. I was a supporter of this restaurant but after this incident I am contemplating to call the Health Department because that food was not cooked well and it is potentially dangerous for anyone to eat!
