The Pastor burrito was absolutely delicious–big chunks of marinated pork and pineapple (and huge–I could barely finish it). I also liked the green salsa–among the best I’ve had in the springs. The Birria pupusa was also exceptional–the beef was very tender and juicy. The prices are very reasonable as well. This place is worth finding. I’ll definitely be back.

This place will definitely be a regular stop for me and my boyfriend. We absolutely loved the tacos, tacos were so good I almost forgot to take a picture. The menudo was nostalgic and authentic. Not only was the food amazing but so is the staff. I can’t wait to come back again!

Went to lunch with my brother here in COS. We both ordered the taco plate and it was very good! The owners were so friendly and I ordered guacamole and chips and it was made fresh! We even got a free dessert. Will definitely be back!

This little place is quiant and unassuming tucked in a strip mall. Not much for ambience and the place only has 7 booths. Usually these types of places make the best food though. The person at the counter greeted me very welcoming. I ordered our food to go. I ordered the menudo with fresh baked bolillo and my wife ordered the pozole. Both were very tasty . The flavors are awesome and the broths looked clear and not full of grease like some other places. The flour tortillas are made from scratch as well as the bread. I will be coming back for more.

This place has amazing authentic Mexican food. Service was awesome. It is a small place but quaint. I got the Quesabirria #5 loved it. I would give it a 9.3 out of 10. My picky kids got the quesadillas with a side of chorizo and beef. Don’t even ask why. kids. We all really enjoyed our experience here.

This is my new favorite spot in the Springs for Mexican food. We had the Chile Rellenos and the Enchilada plate. Both were excellent. The owner, Carlos is very kind and gave us great recommendations. Definitely try the pastries too!

This is THE best Mexican food I’ve found in the Springs. I actually stopped trying to find acceptable Mexican food here. I’m from New Mexico so was on a hunt for some real red and green. My Son was driving by and we almost didn’t stop but we had time and I’m glad we did. We ordered a side of the Spanish rice for my Grand and the owner offered to add an egg on top for free!! My grand devoured the rice. She 19 months. My chicken enchilada with green sauce was excellent! The beans were not too salty at all. I don’t usually like Spanish rice but the rice here was different, really tasty. My son had a taco plate, the one with beef and he was very pleased with his order. We will definitely be back again!!
