They had online orders available. Made payment. Drove here all to find out they’re under renovations but they even gave me a pick up time. Terrible… someone from management please get me a refund.

I’ve order Pollo a la Brasa with 2 sides…guys the chicken no sauce or basically plain..it was just salt and pepper, and it was dried, when eating felt like it was microwaved, and the fries not warm/hot, more like lukewarm, and the arroz chaufa..cold..they have other dishes, but on what i ordered and ate and spent, not coming back to this place.
The gentleman was nice, but i came to try something new, and this place was not it. Regarding its chicken..i dont recommend it, or the fries, your better off cooking it yourself at home.
Oh and their white sauce..too salty and too watery..they might have stretched it too much..
And the bathroom, only 1 for customer and the other for employees only…you could come with a family of 4 or more and you would have to wait because the other is employees only…

We had a terrible experience, we bought when they just opened and it was good, good flavor and quality, and today, Tuesday, 05/28/2024, 3 friends went to buy and the chicken was bad, it seems that it has been sewn for more than a week and they only heated it The smell was terrible and the color of the skin as if it were rotting, I called and the man said that the chicken was good, it was freshly cooked and that he would change it if I wanted, very bad experience, I do not recommend it!!

Just moved to the area and wanted Peruvian chicken since I’m fasting and came across Pollo Loco. The gentleman at the counter is so kind and friendly, we chatted a little while I waited for my food. I’ve had a TON of Peruvian chicken, but this hands down is the absolute BEST! The seasoning penetrated down to the bone! It was moist, super flavorful, and the skin was sooooooo good! Don’t get me started on the sauces! He warned me about their red sauce being spicy (I love spice) and I was blown away at how incredible it tasted! Same goes for the yellow sauce and the green sauce. Normally, I can’t finish 1/2 chicken when I order it but I finished it last night in one sitting! That’s how amazing it was! I am so beyond grateful this place is only a ten minute drive from my home! Can’t wait to go back there! Amazing, amazing food! Pleaseeeee check it out. It will blow you away just like it did me!

Okay, prices are fine and sides are tasty as well.
They told me they bring Peruvian empanadas on Fridays and weekend as well. I haven’t tried them in this place, but eager to get there again and try.
