Food was great. Had the chefs special but the rice was still raw and crunchy. Service was lacking a bit. Took a while to be served. They accommodated us for the raw rice but for the price was not up to expectations.

Visiting El Paso and found myself at the beautiful and classic Hotel Paso Del Norte. On the first floor of the hotel you will find Sabor restaurant. The setting is elegant and the ambiance was very pleasant during my visit. The service at Sabor was excellent and the food was exquisitely prepared. The flavors truly matched the presentation and was very happy to have decided to take a chance on a “hotel restaurant” which sometimes can be with mixed results. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you happen to be around downtown El Paso. Prices are a little above average so be ready.

First time here. Took my Lovely wife to La Mafia and Siggno concert in the plaza. And we were looking for a place to eat. We weren’t to sure about Sabor it looked a little too fancy for me but I gatta tell you, it has a great atmosphere. The waiter Noah was great. And the 32 oz Rib eye was delicious. I’m not ganna lie, I thought it was better than cattlemans and great American. The seasoning they used gave the rib eye such a wonderful taste and they cooked it perfectly to my liking. My wife’s salad looked good aswell but I like a good steak . A little pricey but it was worth it. Definitely going back on Saturday between 6pm and 10pm when the 32oz rib eye is available.

Had a brunch event on the patio in the back to celebrate completing graduate school and it was excellent. Very classy, great brunch selection, we asked for a mimosa bar to be included and it was perfect. Service was absolutely amazing, they called in too many cooks/ chefs and one of them named Juan stepped up to be our personal server out on the patio. Juan and the management went above and beyond to make the event special for my family and I.

Very friendly staff. Very professional and courteous to me and my Dad’s needs. The food was excellent, fresh, warm, and delicious. The tables and whole dining area is clean and well presented. The restrooms are clean. Overall, one of the best hotel restaurant experience you can find in El Paso.

Amazing Sunday Brunch buffet. It was my first time here and definitely not my last. I ordered off the menu for myself, which suited me perfectly.

First off I want to start off by saying the hotel itself is awesome, the room and location are great! However, my friend and I had booked a spa day at desert spirt, also a great experience. The issue we had was after the spa, we went to the pool to order food and the service was horrible and that’s putting it nice. First you couldn’t go in and out of the pool area without a room key, so every time we would walk out, we had to ask someone to open the door. Then they didn’t have any menus by the pool, which was not a big deal, because we had to call sabor to get them. The lady brought them up, but then after that we could not order any food at all. Walked into the bar and the bartender was super sweet trying to call everyone and not one person would answer her. Then when someone did talk to her they said to order after 3, so we called back to order at 3:20 and used the pool phone, called 12 times and no answer, then walked into the bar and again the bartender is calling everyone and no one is answer at Sabor. Finally, 10 minutes later the chef walks up looking like he was hungover from the night before, super sloppy and was trying to get us to stay and eat and when we saw that we made the decision (which wasn’t hard at this point) to go to Hotel Indigo. When we arrived at Hotel Indigo, we were greeted with amazing staff and set our stuff by the pool and placed our order and given food within 10 minutes. I have been to a number of hotel spas and I have never in my life seen this lack of service, and keep in mind we spend about $900 dollars between us both on spa services to be treated like we were at holiday inn….totally unacceptable!
