I’m not going to totally trash this place because that’s not me. The food is great but the prices are off the charts and service is terrible. I don’t need someone serving me with an attitude and charging me ridiculous prices. I know the owner is there most of the time but he needs to do a better job of supervision of his staff. Double egg cheese and bacon on a toasted buttered bagel and a large coffee $12.95. That’s absurd! But the quality and taste and preparation was good.

The reason for me giving this review is because I came like a few minutes ago and order bagel with coffee. The pregnant girl came to cash me out n told me my something,I couldn’t understand what she was saying so I look at the tablet for my total which say 11.18 .out of no where she have a bad attitude towards me n slam my change on the counter.i simply told her is this how u treat customers,she told well dont come back n curse me in Spanish. The owner need to look on the attitude level there.the other lady is very polite. Believe me I won’t go back there.

Breakfast items like bagels and waffles are amazing. The cream cheese isn’t excessive like most other bagel spots in NY. Lunch sandwiches are great too, but I’m not a fan of the soups. Matzo ball soup lacked flavor, and broccoli cream soup lacked cream.

I ordered a sandwich with grilled chicken and chicken cutlet. The grilled chicken was too dry that I couldn’t chew it, and the chicken cutlet was dry and burned. I threw almost 80% of the food because I couldn’t eat it. I wish I’d never ordered it!

Nice addition to the Syosset food scene. Finally good Breakfast sandwiches, salads and amazing hero sandwiches. Don’t have to deal with the poor rip off service and messed up orders at Gabby’s woodbury anymore. Really friendly service here, good food, call in your order for even faster service. They even have street tacos!! Well done!
