Sabee Culinary Services offers heat-and-eat meals delivered directly to your home. Weekly on Wednesdays, a new menu is sent with offerings for the next week. Customers have until 12pm on Sunday to place their orders. Once an order is placed, a date and time is decided between SCS and the customer to have their order delivered. There is no order minimum or delivery charge, only sales tax plus the cost of the menu item. We offer a variety of items which focus on seasonal and local ingredients and products. Each menu item is designed to serve two people. We can cater towards any and all dietary restrictions and preferences. Sabee Culinary Services catered our wedding in September. Chef Vanessa sourced seasonal ingredients grown by local farmers. The meal was masterfully cooked and full of spices and flavor that complemented the late summer produce. She crafted a menu that was entirely gluten-free and included yummy vegan options. Not only was the food amazing, Chef Vanessa’s confidence and clear communication were extremely reassuring to us as we were in the middle of the chaos of wedding planning and on the big day. Everything was perfectly coordinated. Super professional. Just incredible. We couldn’t have asked for a better culinary experience on our special day. The thoughtfulness Chef Vanessa puts into every dish is outstanding. Cooking with local and seasonal produce, she creates dishes with layers and layers of flavors. I’ve tried dishes I would have never dreamed of, with flavor combinations that I would have never considered possible, and I’ve enjoyed every single meal! She has also been extremely accommodating with food allergies and other preferences (gluten-free, vegetarian). I 1000% recommend trying a meal, or two, or everything she creates… you won’t be disappointed.

I cannot recommend Vanessa’s meals enough. Everything I have tried is amazing. I have asked Vanessa if she can make the meals low sodium, heart healthy, and vegetarian- she goes out of her way to do so and cooks it to perfection.
