Great place to eat. The food is delicious and the service is great. We had the Thai rice but with clear noodles instead of rice. OMG the combination of meat some veggies, noodles and pineapple. We also had the drunken noodles and the dumpling food, both of them super savory and fresh. Same with the spring rolls. The papaya salad is simply delicious, Loved it. The place is beautiful and the atmosphere, you simply feel like in Thailand. I’m definitely coming back with all my fam.

I’ve been eating at this place for almost a year now and I LOVE it!! The food is always incredible and the attention is always amazing, the soups are really underrated, especially now that it is a little bit cold. I’ve seen there is some bad reviews but personally I have never had a bad experience here, they have a great team of servers and great food that always hits the spot!!

DEFINITELY DELICIOUS
Great food. We tried also red curry, kids fried rice and chicken pad Thai. Everything was good and had very nice flavor. Portions were big but no complain here.
Our waiter offered an excellent service. He was very tentative.

I love Thai food and this has to be the best Thai I have had so far. The red curry and drunken noodles are amazing! The meat is cooked so perfectly and everything is served so fresh. I also appreciate the kind service and the fun music they play with good hits that I like singing along to. I also really appreciate the way they sing and celebrate birthdays. I highly recommend this place.

Lucked out and stumbled across this hidden gem! I can unequivocally say without a doubt this is the best Thai place in San Antonio. I have tried many Thai places in many states and a few countries along my travels, and even dated a professional Thai Chef. Sabai Thai Kitchen ranks up there at the top for its delicious cuisine, super friendly service, and very chill relaxed atmosphere. ☯️

This place used to be a Thai Chili restaurant and now it has a new name and new owners and I think it was a very healthy change for Stone Oak neighbors. Service is more friendly and they improved the quality of dishes, including the special lunch menu. Spicy dishes are very well prepared but if you are not very keen on spicy flavors their seafood Pad Thai would be a good choice. For dessert you can have some churros and ice cream.

I have had nothing but positive experiences when eating at Sabai Thai Kitchen as well as when I take out. The staff there is beyond friendly and the kitchen staff values my special requests. The manager there always makes an effort to come say hi and make sure that I received exactly what I had ordered. He is very friendly and is there to make sure his costumers are happy when they leave. Sabai Thai Kitchen is the ultimate. I had been looking for a place like this for a long time and I finally found it. Dinner tonight at Sabai Thai Kitchen was absolutely amazing! To say that it was spectacular is an understatement.
The restaurant itself was cozy, comfy, and impeccably clean with a casual and relaxing atmosphere. I am certain that this is by design, for in the Thai language, “sabai” is generally translated to mean relaxed, comfortable, or at ease. It can also describe a state of mental and emotional ease or a feeling of contentment. Mission accomplished! After another busy day of unpacking and getting organized and settled, this was precisely what I needed.
The food topped, by far, any Thai cuisine that I ever had in Atlanta’s most upscale and popular Thai restaurants. The dish I ordered hit all the right notes: bold aromatics; a masterful balance of the fundamental tastes (sweet, savory, salty, and spicy); complementary textures; fresh, high-quality ingredients; umami for the savory depth that tied everything together; and a visually appealing, artistic presentation.
The grilled salmon dish was meticulously crafted to ensure that all the flavors worked together harmoniously, creating a symphony of tastes in every bite. In addition, the friendly and attentive service was unsurpassed. Denise and Rose were simply outstanding.
All-in-all, this was the most captivating culinary experience I have had in a restaurant in quite some time. Bravo, Sabai! Can’t wait to go back. Maybe tomorrow?
