just got back from northern thailand and was really missing the food. my gf in particular especially missing this soup kuay teow reua aka thai boat noodles. well, this place popped up and we gave it shot and let me say it did not miss. the soup tasted almost exactly like it did in chiang mai, and their garlic crispy pork we threw in an order of pad see ew because why not and it also slapped. what can i say, i may have found my new fave thai spot. a very khap khun krap to the owners

Fantastic place! I loved their garlic asparagus and fried rice. The ambiance was claming and open with plenty of natural light. We got a good recommendation from the staff for their mango sticky rice which was the best I’ve ever had. And she was right: their mangoes were so sweet and just right!

If you’re looking for the best Thai food in Lakewood, look no further than ST Noodles Bar! This spot delivers on both flavor and quality, and everything I tried was top-notch.

I ordered the Green Curry Fried Rice, and it was packed with rich, aromatic curry flavors—perfectly balanced with just the right amount of heat. The Kao Soi Ramen was another standout, with a creamy, flavorful broth and tender noodles that soaked up all that goodness.

The Crispy Pork and Green Beans had the perfect crunch, and the seasoning was on point. And let’s not forget the Chicken Hainan—juicy, tender, and served with a side of flavorful rice that made every bite delicious.

Service was friendly, and the food came out fresh and hot. If you’re a fan of Thai food, ST Noodles Bar is a must-visit in Lakewood. I’ll definitely be back to try more!

Delicious, I had the yellow curry (chicken & mild) and it was fantastic, kept me full. My husband had the shrimp fried rice, it’s his favorite dish and it’s safe to say that this resturaunt didn’t disappoint, he liked it. The service was kind and quick. There is a restroom, the area is clean, the “outside” seating had pillows and cushions, very comfortable.

24Dec: I came here solo today. It’s a rainy, cold morning and I wanted soup. Thai Boat Noodle Soup is perfect. Warm and spicy. So simple but full of flavor. They always treat you here like family.

Authentic tasting and dishes are prepared well and flavorful. One of my favorite is the Tom Hum Noodle Soup. The service is fantastic.

My aunt brought me here since she is a regular. She suggested we get Pad Thai, basil beef, spicy chicken, tofu fried rice and mango sticky rice. I also tried the Thai iced tea and it was so good. This place did not disappoint! Food was great and so was the service. I was also impressed at how clean and good the bathroom was. We ended up taking two orders of mango sticky rice to go. Will be coming back to try more dishes. Also updated the hours on google they changed dinner from 4 to 5pm.

Great service on a busy night. Meat on my dish was perfectly cooked. Price went up for the Rib eye Khao sol ramen.

Tucked on a quiet street near the LBX, with a mysteriously closed teashop and the best breakfast burrito spot (hi, Cluck & Blaze), S.T. Noodle Bar is a welcome addition to Long Beach’s Thai scene. I brought my mom, the unofficial Thai food critic of our family, and we were pleasantly surprised. I had the Khao Soi and mango sticky rice, while she stuck with her tried-and-true pad thai. Flavorful, comforting, and satisfying, but let’s not kid ourselves: it’s not Chiang Rai-level greatness. Still, it’s earned a spot in our LB Thai rotation. Plus, any place that impresses mom? Deserves a return visit.

My friend and I went there a while ago for the first time. The area surrounding is nice, the vibes inside are good, good layout/space between tables. It is a bit pricey i won’t lie, but the food was good. It wasn’t the best noodles I’ve had but they were good enough for me to want to go back. The size of the fountain drink was huge, can definitely be shared with another person.
