We were at an event and needed food. Luckily they were right outside because apparently many establishments are closed on Sunday’s, super weird.
Anyways, the food was really good. He said it was spicy, it was not so much, it was perfect. Definitely delicious. Wish I could say I’d come back but I can’t being from Chicago. But what a pleasant experience.

Why is this pad Thai made with macaroni?? Very weird and throws off the entire dish. Very few bean sprouts (which were not crunchy at all), few green onions, and they buried a whole fried egg under all the noodles. The sauce and pork did have a very good flavor.

1. The Cha Cha fries were packed with flavor and spice . I recommend eating these as soon as you get them. (5/5 )
2. The rice plate with steak was also tasty. Only comment – an accompanying sauce would take to the next level. The steak was seasoned and prepared well. (4.5/5 )
3. Bulgogi pork and rice – I loved the accompanying pickled cucumbers and kimchi. I needed a little more sauce with the pork.
4. The egg rolls that accompany the plates above were delicious.

This is my favorite food truck. I always get egg rolls, tacos, and Pho. The Cha Cha fries are also good and crispy and hold up well to all the toppings. Never had a bad experience from this clean truck, and the service is very friendly. Looking forward to exploring more of the menu.
