Our barbecue is smoked out low and slow. New Mexico-style BBQ means we pay tribute to traditional barbecue styles — but done our way. Our ABQ BBQ menu is lean and focused. Just a few items, all smoked to perfection. Our housemade sauces and spice rubs aren’t like anything you’ll find anywhere else. They’re made from true NM ingredients, blended to balance out the smokiness of the meat, and to add as much kick as you want. Omg the brisket burrito from the food truck is my go to everytime I am on this side of town (Frontage and Candelaria). Brisket is always on point and even got a sample right outta the smoker. You gotta stop when you are close by and you will not be disappointed. Massive burrito for the price !! I’ve also tried the other BBQ meats and wow they are SOOOOOO tasty. Love this place !!

I ordered a turkey and ham. It was slap yo mama good!!! Not too much smoke, perfect balance. I am sad to report that the corn bread they gave with it, did NOT make it to today. The family of freeloaders devoured it last night. My only ask is maybe they would smoke prime rib for Christmas? Just a thought. Happy Thanksgiving!

We had our company party catered by SA Barbecue, and everything was absolutely delicious! The ham and turkey were cooked perfectly, and the cornbread with whipped butter was incredibly good. We will definitely be ordering our holiday meals from them again, as well as catering our future company meetings. Thank you, SA Barbecue, for the amazing food and service!

By far this has been one of the BEST experiences I have ever had with BBQ in Albuquerque. I ordered my food via telephone, I actually changed my order, and they were working with me each step of the way this food looks absolutely beautiful.
