The interior features a modern design with wood slat ceilings and soft lighting. The cocktail list is creative, including the Old Munroe, which balances rye with walnut bitters. The staff also dabbles with custom creations. The food menu focuses on regional proteins, offering distinct dishes like Rocky Mountain trout dip, bison sliders, and elk tacos. With a selection of Colorado craft beers and a calm environment, this is a practical destination for high-quality small plates and drinks without unnecessary noise. Great views and outdoor seating with fire pit included. Located at the rooftop of the hotel but you will need a separate key card issued at the ground level for access via the elevator.

After a 6 hrs drive, and booking at stay at the Hilton, we decided to go upstairs to the Ryze. Wow! Amazing skyline view, the best server, Holly, helped us out with drink recommendations, food, and just the most pleasant atmosphere! Amazing people, small plates of food with huge flavor! Music was spotted on! Wow! Cannot recommend enough! Check this place out!

Setting was great, service was great.

The food was below average, uninspired, seemingly attempting to be fancy but just fell super short.

I travel to a new semi nice restaurant in the state (no Applebees, Red Lobster etc) every 2 weeks. My wife and I have been to many restaurants over the last several years. I am not a chef or trained critic but I am very experienced in good food and nice restaurants. The charcuterrie board had no fruit, no nuts, wasnt plated in any great fashion… just seriously needs some help. The wagyu sliders tasted like they could have come from Applebees, doing zero justice to the wagyu if it even was wagyu.. I couldnt tell, which is a problem. The other two plates were fine but not great.. shrimp and mushroom bread.

The drinks also lacked personality, bland with little flavor.. not weak, but again, not great or special in any way.

Music was too loud to hear your company, I want to be able to hear my wife talk. Turn it down just a tad.

This place has amazing potential, the setting is wonderful, the people were great. If they ever redo their menu or change chefs or perhaps the current chef gets some inspiration and puts that into the food/menu I would love to return and give this place another shot.

I would gladly pay more if it meant the food and drinks were better because the atmosphere and people were on point!

We had a disappointing experience. It’s frustrating when you make a specific request, like a seat with a view, and don’t get it—especially at a rooftop lounge where the mountain view is a major draw. Being relegated to a dark corner after reserving a view undermines the entire reason for choosing that spot.

It’s also a letdown that while the drinks were good, they weren’t very strong given the price. The waiter forgot about us…probably because we were in a dark corner . We were super hungry and decided to leave and went to a fun Wisconsin bar instead.

High-end lounge prices usually come with the expectation of strong, well-crafted cocktails, and feeling like you’re paying a premium for watered-down drinks certainly doesn’t help the overall value. We will give it another try with hopes to get a seat with a view and maybe we won’t be forgotten next time 🙂

Really great experience. Make sure you get a reservation—and if the weather is nice, getting a table in the cozy chairs with a fire pit is so worth it, the view is stunning. The compressed melon salad is spiiiiicy and so delicious. Pork belly was good, and the sliders were excellent. My scotch cocktail was insanely well balanced. Everyone working behind the bar was super kind. We did have a dish that was missing but they remedied it, and a little more attentiveness would have been nice (making sure we had silverware, checking to see if wanted more food/drinks etc)—but it was still a great experience and the little hiccups were understandable since they’re so new. Gorgeous atmosphere, absolutely atrocious and douchey club music so I hope they tone that down for more of a casual and chill vibe. Beautiful decor and the views are spectacular.

My new favorite place downtown. Food, drinks, and service were all top notch. I went there when it was too dark to see the view, but I’ll be going back to check it out soon.

What I’m most excited about is their rotating ahi/yellowtail app. I had the ahi and it was so fresh!!! I just moved here from living on the coast, so it was so awesome to find some good, fresh fish. This place chooses quality ingredients for their food and drinks, and it really shows. Don’t go anywhere Ryze!!

Went to Ryze tonight with another couple who were visiting us from the East Coast. We had dinner and drinks at Ryze.
We had cocktails and several shareable food items and all, bar none, were outstanding. The cocktails were unique, inventive, and delicious. For food we had the bison sliders, elk tacos, lamb meatballs, and pork belly burnt ends. For dessert we shared the Panacotta with Palisade pears.
I will not review each dish, but simply say every single one was 5 stars, delicious, and uniquely conceived.
The service was professional, exemplary and with a kindness and smile from our young server that truly impressed and made us feel welcome.
Finally, the ambiance is unmatched. The interior design and decorating is impressive and feels very upscale, sleek and modern. Perfect for a cocktail bar atmosphere. There is a large multislide door-opening connecting the inside and patio seating. We sat on the outdoor patio, around one of the several fire features which kept us warm on a late September night, and added greatly to the cozy feeling we all experienced. This was punctuated by an expansive view over the city and the Pikes Peak massif beyond which can only be described as stunning.
I think we have a new favorite spot in the Springs. Thank you Ryze, for a perfect evening!

Food is pretty tasty, but a little pricey. That’s expected for a hotel. Getting an outdoor seat with a view is a challenge; there’s really only four total seats with a view, otherwise you may as well just visit a regular patio (see picture). Both times I’ve been here, those four seats were occupied by businessmen lounging like something out of Scarface.
