Ryu Teppanyaki accommodated my daughter & friends for a special birthday experience! Thank you for making an exception for us today, that did not go unnoticed. The service was great and we enjoyed a flavorful meal! This is my 3rd time dining here and I have enjoyed friendliness and warmth every time. I find the food superior to Benihana.

Ryu is the BEST! They care so much about their customers and they never skimp on quality! We trust them for our most important family events. We got to try sushi nachos just for fun. They have incentive specials and all of your favorites that you would expect to find at a great sushi place. The owners treat everyone like they are special friends! Try the squid salad, or the stuffed mushrooms (to die for) or Tammy spoons (an incentive variation with Hamachi) or any of the rolls. Or get your favorite sashimi. You won’t regret it! And they don’t mind accommodating diet restrictions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the entire experience. The guy who did the grilling and presentation was named Choy. He had an incredible sense of humor. You definitely want to ask for this guy. The food was really good. The customer service was great and the place was very clean. Even the bathrooms were clean.

The chef was amazing and we loved the food. We may have had bad luck with our server on our first time. She knew she wasn’t doing her job well because the chef even had to yell out to get us drinks after waiting so long, so she added a gratuity herself even though we had already paid a gratuity to the chef and wanted to add our own gratuity on our bill. Usually gratuity is added on parties of 6 or more, we were not a party of 6 or more. Disappointed by the service we experienced but it was really great food and a great chef.

Always an amazing experience! The food is fantastic. The staff is great. The head Chef Chris is an absolute master when cooking! His meals are the absolute best! He is so knowledgeable about allergies too! Super careful with my GF needs! Love going here!

Sushi and sashimi here is top notch! You can tell their fish is fresh and of high quality! Service was great as well! Ambiance is nothing special, and it was a little warm, but they have teppanyaki grills going so that’s to be expected! Over all best tasting sushi on this side of town, coupled with great service! We will be back for sure!

We tried the Spicy Octopus roll and crunch spicy tuna roll. Nothing short of amazing. The Spicy Beef Ramen and Seafood Udon were great too! Service was amazing and I can’t wait to go again next time I’m in the area.
