We arrived early for the Rowan open house and wanted to support a local breakfast shop. We found this bagel shop online and it was delicious. I got the bacon, egg & cheese on an everything bagel & my son got a chocolate chip bagel & peanut butter. It wasn’t heavy and we enjoyed the food. There was plenty of seating at 8:30 AM.

Ry’s bagels is undoubtedly the best place to get a bagel on campus. There’s a good reason that line is out the door sometimes! Service is always quick and food is always good.

Ry’s Bagels at Rowan University is such a great spot — definitely less crowded than the other Ry’s locations, which makes for a much more relaxed experience. The staff here are super friendly and welcoming, and they make you feel right at home. The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches are top-notch — always fresh, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I’m really glad to be able to leave a great review for this location. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Decided on a quick bite this morning and grabbed a bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Not bad for I think around $7. It was delicious the bagel was on the lighter side compared to some I’ve had

11/23/25. Employees locked the doors an hour before they’re scheduled to close. Saw two other potential customers walk away before I did as well. A shame for the owners to be losing money due to their staff’s laziness.

Sunday February 1st, the lady at the register needs to chill out. Your signage is confusing! If you can’t take the heavy business flow, don’t take it out on the customers…

I have placed orders from both this location and the other, but unfortunately, they do not pay attention to customers’ orders and send/pack whatever they want. Moreover, their communication skills are poor, and they are unwilling to adjust to accommodate customers’ requests. If you happen to get the manager to come out, she’s even less helpful—short with customers and snarky for no reason at all.

If you are looking for a place to have breakfast, I would recommend visiting High Grounds or Cream as their staff is far more friendly & both are right around the corner and open all year!

I’ve been going here for quite some time. I don’t like the bagels. I grew up in Cherry Hill, and these are not real bagels. They are bread in the shape of bagels. My son thinks they’re fine so I order for him because of the convenient location. I get my bagels elsewhere.
I’ve been ordering a half dozen cinnamon raisin bagels almost once a week. The cost is $7.25, and I give a $0.75 tip.
Last week, a guy called me at 12:21 pm (as shown on my phone) to ask if I was coming to get my order. My receipt says I was there at 12:33 pm. They close at 1.
The only time I forgot to get my bagels – last year – I realized after noon, and I called the store, asked if they would be there about 1:15 pm or if they preferred I get them the next day, promising to pay the full price for them. I even offered my credit card number over the phone. They told me to come – no problem.
Today, I called to place an order and called 22, yes 22 times before someone finally answered the phone. The man said I was no longer allowed to place phone orders because I didn’t get my bagels until 20 minutes after closing last time, and I’ve done this too many times. I told him that was not me. He had me confused with someone else. I told him I was 100% sure, but he was sure he was right. I will not go there again. I have my receipt to prove it, but I will not support a place who is so rude to their customers.
For anyone who does do this to them, the customers should be told when getting there after closing that if they do it again, they will no longer be allowed to place phone orders. This way, they will be sure to tell the right people!
I went to Township Bagels instead, and I recommend it! The bagels are much closer to what I grew up with.
