Friendly service, but we struggled with what to order since the prices are not on the menu boards. There is a bit of a language barrier, and prices have increased since the last menu was updated on Google, so we opted for “safe” orders of sandwiches and fries instead of risking miscommunication. My friend and I each enjoyed a $12 margarita as we waited for our sandwiches at one of the outdoor tables. Our meals arrived in a timely manner (approx $15 each) and were very fresh with piping hot fries. My grilled chicken sandwich was delicious and my friend said the same about the steak sandwich. Neither of us loved the slaw, but we did like the special sauce that accompanied our sandwiches.

I placed an order for pickup online and arrived 15 mins later. The girl at the counter was clueless to what I was talking about. She then pulled a receipt off the register and said 10 mins. I sat down and waited for 30 mins before it was ready and 45 mins after I placed the order.

Ordered chicken nachos, fish tacos and steak enchiladas. Chicken nachos were missing the beans and sour cream. Steak enchiladas were chicken and the fish tacos were grey and rubbery.

I ordered dinner and realized I forgot to ask about allergens. I have a severe allergy. They couldn’t answer basic questions about nut allergies! I was passed to multiple individuals and after 15 minutes I gave up! I tried to cancel and they said I had to go through grub hub but grub hub had me call them again. They said they would cancel but wouldn’t provide proof!!! I hope I’m not charged. What a joke.

Service wasn’t great. We asked to get a table cleaned up the did not clean it, so I had to ask them for a wet towel to clean the table.
Food wasn’t at its best how it was before. I ordered some fried calamari and they weren’t fried, they were more soft than crispy and had no taste. Also ordered other meal but weren’t convincing. They need new workers, workers that want to show off the food and would want a clean place and serve good meal to bring their families there.

Prices of food on ubereats are 30% more than in store, so I attempted to call in my order only to wait on hold for 15 minutes and then be hung up on. So I drove to the location and placed my order directly. I was told it was going to be 25 minutes of a wait. I am now at 45 minutes and still no sign of my food. This place is horrendously mismanaged with incompetent staff.
However, after all was said and done, their wings were pretty damn amazing. So at least there was that.

My family and I decided to hike out to the Hampton’s from Babylon this past weekend…”Ryder’s Wings & Things” was one stop on our bucket list. The store Manager “Daniel” was extremely accommodating, pleasant, friendly, and gave great food service. The food tasted fresh , and was quickly given to us. The wings were flavorful, meaty, and juicy; crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Seasoned fries…excellent! My wife really enjoyed the Chicken Burrito. Kids enjoyed their large portion of wings as well. Interior decor’ is a bit worn and could use a re-fresh. However, if you are craving Rancheros / Wings …the food much more than makes up for it. We will definitely stop-in again the next time we are out that way.

The worst excuse for wings ever. Inedible breaded chicken nuggets with excessive buffalo sauce. There were no prices on the blackboard and it felt like a shake down when I paid $15.90 for 10 “boneless wings”. Never coming back.

Delivery thru Uber Eats. I ordered clam strips with French fries and coleslaw. They didn’t send coleslaw, the jumbo clam strips, advertised, were as big as a pea, resembling and tasting like fried batter balls. The French fries were so hard they were difficult to pick up with a fork. Even the accompanying sauces were tasteless. I believe they were from a freezer. Through 90% of food away.

Never again. Not worth the time and aggravation. I was charged $63.44 for 2 burgers and 1 order of mozzarella sticks. They delivered 1 burger and sticks but forgot 2nd burger, driver went back for 2nd burger and was charged again for burger and sticks. No I did not order or get 2nd order of sticks.
$32.24 then $31.20 was charged. Driver was very nice but why can’t they EVER get an order right. One time I waited and our and a half for the order and it was wrong.
