The first thing you’ll notice about Ryan’s is that everything is sticky to some level. The chair was sticky, the carpet was sticky, the highchair was sticky. Everything. The prime rib was dry and tasted like flavorless meat. Even after adding copious amounts of Jus, it still tasted like sopping meat. We could not tear the waffle fries with our hands. The spaghetti and marinara sauce was so bad that our toddler wouldn’t eat it. The selection is decent and the desert was at least good. I had killer stomach problems almost immediately after eating here, so I will not be returning. The bathrooms are, surprisingly, not horrifying. That’s what saved this review from being 2 stars: a clean stall.

The reason this place is getting 4 stars is because of Kat the cashier. She had the best customer service. Even told me to put my coupon away because i would save a few cents more without it because I purchased drinks. I could take a star because my waitress never introduced herself and was almost nonexistent. The breakfast wasn’t outstanding but well worth the price I paid and it wasn’t overcrowded for a Saturday morning

Food is generally good. Drinks are too expensive. When you offer coupons and require one to buy a drink, you are not saving any money.
Location is good. Waiters sometimes a little slow to bring hot rolls to your table.
Senior discount needs to include drinks. A competitor who is right across the street offers senior specials on Monday thru Thursday to $7.99 with drink included.
On days you offer breakfast, you often run out of cinnamon rolls and it takes forever to wait to get an omelette made. Need more help on those days.

I love Ryan’s it is a great buffet. It may be a little pricey, but for any family (even my family of 3), but it beats having everyone complain they all want different styles of food. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the pot pies and skillet dinners (like pot roast and potatoes)! It’s yummy food a lot like I make at home but in all different styles and the hot rolls are to die for!

The food was cold! The music was so loud we couldn’t have a conversation with our family. The servers was good. They kept our drinks full. But everything else was awful. The bathrooms stunk horribly. Even at our table it smelled of vomit.

We normally go to Hometown Buffet with the family but occasionally go to Ryan’s for a bit of variety. This will be the last time we go to this location as we had the two servers in the area pass our table a half dozen times and we didn’t receive drinks or service of any kind. A few times I chased them down and it’s just not worth it anymore.

Turn around. DO NOT go here if you want a reasonable dining experience. very poor customer service, takes them upwards of 30 minutes to bus a table, regardless of how disgusting the table happens to be, and the food is the same quality as high school food or hospital food at a pumped up price. If you’re looking to eat garbage, get treated like garbage and pay 15 bucks for it all, than this is the place to go.

They new manager Michael has made this place worth the price. Great food. Now if he could only fix some of the sub par wait staff.

Way OVER PRICED!! Poor food selection. You would be better off going across the street to the Golden Corral
