Had a disappointing experience tonight at RW Prime. I waited several minutes at the host stand to be noticed. A busser had to go get the hostess. The hostess was not very friendly, but seated me promptly after discovering I existed. Server came over fairly quickly, took my order. Apparently the steakhouse charges for each soda, not just one. I was never notified and frankly didn’t notice until I had already left. Server vanished for an extended time before finally coming back and offering me another beverage at the end of my meal, without advising me there would be an additional charge. I asked the busser what the options were for dessert because my Server disappeared again. The busser was unable to provide me with any information, but did go get my Server. I ordered the creme brulee, which was frankly underwhelming. No fresh berries or anything to accompany the small amount of creme brulee provided for $16. I then had to wait again for the check, which did eventually make its way to the table. Frankly, the only thing I did like about this restaurant is the burger was really really good. A little pricey, but given the quality, worth the cost. Also, the busser was very friendly and customer oriented. I do not anticipate coming back.

The daily special crispy salmon was good but the French cut chicken was bland. Looked good but no taste. Risotto was undercooked. Service was great.

The whole point of making a reservation is to hold a table for that time slot and yet upon our arrival, the rude hostess asked us to stand aside because no tables were available. And when I stand, that means there were no chairs or benches. Found ourselves standing, not knowking how long it might take. Whole talking amongst ourselves, another attendant heard us and gave a idiotic explanation of how people are not getting up on time….But We were on time. Finally got a table after 14 mins and waited another 10 minutes before anyone noticed us. The waiter ended up being very nice but the food was terrible, the steak cooked wrong and no steak knife was provided, potato chips were served with the steak. Definitely not worth cost, the French fries in McDonald’s are better. Bottom line, People working here don’t have the patience or ability to be courteous. The place claims to be a steakhouse but looks & acts like a fast food chain. Not worth the money or definitely don’t need an attitude from the staff. Besides the busboy & our waiter, everyone seemed like they are doing thd customers a favor by working there.

Steakhouse, not a steakhouse. Prices are there, service and food nowhere near. Go elsewhere and be happy. Steaks medium rare but charred to death, what’s the point? King crab appetizer using sub prime catch. Bread was good. Not sure how this is open.

Been to this place a few times and the service never disappoints. I’ve had a dish or two that were a bit underwhelming but overall, the food is good. I don’t remember them having specials when I visited prior, but last night they had a nice prime rib dish on the menu. Everything we had was very good and the drinks were on point too. Parking lot is free and the restaurant is located just past the entrance of the second level so ots really convenient. Not the easiest to find a spot though.

Dined here last night for Thanksgiving, accompanied by my sister and daughter. We ordered from the “West” menu. Everything we ordered delivered on flavor and the portions were very satisfying. The staff and chef were cheerful and very attentive. We ordered the calamari (delicious), lobster and scallion pancakes (a bit chewy and lobster was lost), octopus tendrils (kudos to the chef on this dish, should have ordered two) and a salad for apps. Then bulgogi skirt steak (2) and salmon for our entrees. Both entrées were tasty. Sides were baby bok choy (awesome, flavor packed), loaded potatoes (underwhelming in presentation and taste), grilled asparagus and the pancetta brussels sprouts (delicious, perfectly crispy and tender). We also ordered a Malibu pineapple cocktail and a mojito, both were good. For dessert we only ordered the molten chocolate chip cookie and the gingerbread berry cheesecake because at this point we were all stuffed. Both were ok, wouldn’t necessarily order again. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we will definitely return and try the other items on the menu.

Went here for restaurant week but they weren’t doing it on the day we went (Saturday)… my bad!
The wait for a table was about 20 minutes which was ok, though we could have / should have walked up to the bar and sat there.
Shared a wedge, steak, Parmesan fries, and macaroni and cheese. They were nice to split the portions between two plates.
Drank one round of blood orange margaritas.
The Mac & cheese was dry & stuck to the crock that it was cooked in, so v difficult to eat. The steak however was good! I also loved the wedge salad.
The atmosphere was decent, though the lights were too bright, and I assume this is to keep the casino riffraff at bay.
Speaking of the casino, I love it and so happy to have it here in the city.
It took about 20 minutes to get the check, but we weren’t in a hurry to get back to the slots, so it’s ok.

Place is clean and the most premium option at the casino. Burger was a little over cooked than the medium rare that was ordered.

Beautiful atmosphere but the food was hit or miss. Not much lobster in the “lobster rolls”. The king crab legs were meaty but did not have much flavor. The hanger steak was cooked perfectly and delicious. Beef and broccoli was delicious and the meat was very tender but the broccoli was so tough it was almost inedible. Would prob come back and just play it safe and get the burger.

Fantastic restaurant. I like the East menu better than the West. But no matter you should sit at the bar for the service. Anisha is simply amazing, even when busy she is so calm and attentive. Overall a classy place with classy service!
