Delicious Tacos with unique flavors! Grabbed a couple at the Red Vein Haunted farm fest and we loved them. Very fresh food, fair pricing and friendly folks!

I stopped at their food truck and the service was great. Very fast and friendly staff. I love the food options and both the quality and quantity of the food I received! I got a loaded chicken and rice bowl which was terrific!!

They will try to rip you off! Don’t give them cash and demand a receipt.
Came across this small business today at Hanover Vegetable Farm. Ordered 3 tacos for $13 and asked if they could break a 50. The kid taking orders went to the grill to ask the owner. He said they could but if we are paying cash, the cost is $14. He came back and we had three 5s. He took the cash and handed us a $1 which went into the tip bucket. He mumbled something about needing a sign that says no cash. Waited 20 minutes, no tacos. We asked where they were after others behind us were getting their orders. The kid that took our order stood there while we argued with the owner acting like he didn’t just have a conversation with us while we waited. The owner claimed he didn’t get a ticket for an order then after raising his hand and coming at us, said he’d make the tacos. Requested a refund and he wanted to argue about how much we were charged. Incompetent or criminal? Who knows.

They were at the Hardywood taco festival. It took an hour to place our order. We were told we would have a 45 minute wait, we said okay. We waited for 1hour 20mins, still no food. We left without our food or getting a refund because refunds were not allowed!?! So basically they took $40 from us. I suggest to the owner, next time DO NOT have your workers making tacos to order, one at a time, when having a demand of orders like there were at the festival. Have both guys making all the different varieties of tacos and have another person picking up and filling the orders with each taco specified per order. It would have reduced so much time.

They made an appearance at the Hardywood taco festival and I believe they bit off way more than they could chew. Took over an hour to get our tacos once they were ordered, tacos were very much sloppy and they got my order wrong…they were out of some ingredients as well. Workers were getting angry that customers were angry, but rightfully so considering it was taking over an hour to get their orders. They were also completely scrambling and did not have a good work flow. I had about 7 people who had ordered after me get their tacos before me because a cook had decided to stop cooking…I believe their product has potential, but they need to work on professionalism and efficiency…and knowing your limits…tacos were not worth the hour plus wait

RVA Street Foodies opened up alongside the amazing Soul-Ice. Our first visit, we sampled 3 of the street style tacos – American, Mexican and Vegetarian. With a side of unique and tasty Tater Tots, and a delicious and flavorful ginger ice tea, our lunch was complete.

The tacos were fresh and flavorful! I can’t wait to return to try their burgers and some other flavor tacos. The meal order was taken, prepared and served up by the warm and friendly Malcolm. Next time I’ll try to save some room for the amazingly delicious Soul-Ice as well.

Thanks Malcolm!

Total disappointment picking this place at the Hardywood Taco Festival. Waited in line for a long time and another hour to get my tacos for my family. After it was clear that they bit off more than they could handle we asked for a refund. My 4 year old son was hot and hungry after waiting so long. In which they refused to give to us. They told us they could not issue a refund and to call the owner. When we did reach the owner he told us we were at a festival and expect to wait. Horrible service and food. Never again.

No pictures since I inhaled it.

I got the Jamaican and the Asian and I was floored! These were some of the best-tasting tacos I’ve ever had in my life and I want more! 😀

Stopped at the taco and burger stand down by the riverwalk. Had some stellar tacos! The Mexican, the jerk, and the Asian. All were great! Very kind and friendly gentlemen running the carts as well.

Today we had RVA Street Foodies Cheesesteaks come to work; I requested a “Veggie” cheesesteak, and the operator of the cart made one special for me! (Though he wasn’t sure at first what to make of the request, I was so glad he accommodated me). Not only that, but it was MAGNIFICENT. He is really talented – especially for a request that he wasn’t prepared for. 🙂 Definitely recommend.
