Right off the top, the service was excellent and the dining area was comfortable.
My steak was perfectly prepared and seasoned, the salad was good, and I loved the bread. My wife had to have her salmon cooked a little longer but that happens often as she prefers it well done.
I am familiar with many steak houses in the area, as well as a few in other states I’ve visited while on travel. There’s really only one local high priced steak house I’ll never return to in Tulsa because of the atmosphere and service.
All that said, my meal at Ruth’s Chris was priced a little higher than the other restaurants I’ve been to. And while the steak was fantastic, and the salad was tasty, I’d have to say that I was disappointed with the price-to-food ratio with regard to the “loaded” baked potato and the salad. These items were $14 a piece and I feel like that’s about $5 too much for the items. Similarly, my $16 margarita didn’t taste like it had any tequila so I’d say it also was priced above its value.
So with tip, a meal for 2 was over $200. If I were to return, I’d be inclined to stick with their 3 course special given the value that I feel is get from that compared to the individual choices.

I was treated like royalty and the manager was extremely hospitable. It was my first time there. I had the lobster and crab cakes. Excellent customer service! Excellent cooking! Even the guy who brought the bread was extremely polite and happy! I will be back! My new favorite place!

A very nice fine dining restaurant located in the amazing River Spirit hotel and casino. We had amazing cocktails, appetizers and entrees. The most impressive part was we had a trio of servers that were amazing took care of us through the evening. Big shout out to Chase, Haleigh and Robbie! These guys know their profession and do it very well. Highly recommend Ruth Chris steakhouse at the River Spirit. Will be back tomorrow!

I would like to start this review by stating that I have never left a review before but I feel it is necessary and hope that is seen by the establishment. I visited on 12/19/25 at 4:15pm and had by far the worst experience I have had at an establishment of this caliber. I sat at the bar along with my party of 3 (4 total). Our bread took abnormally long to be served, followed by a period where we couldn’t enjoy the bread because we had no plates and only received them by shouting down the bartender. This trend continued through the night as our bartender/server was inattentive even after being starred down and having eye contact multiple times over a span of thirty minutes to ask for new drinks only to be finally delivered food that was way over cooked. I ordered the steak sandwich Medium rare and my party ordered the burgers medium. Only for everyone to receive them well done and dry. We did not feel obligated to report the issues because we did not want to wait another 20 minutes to contact the bartender and wait more time for the food to come out. All of this occurred while our appetizer/bread plates remained in front of us dirty and empty FOR 40 MINUTES AFTER WE WERE DONE WITH THEM! It wasn’t until we were done with our entire meal that she collected all of our plates. I am truly disappointed because I have never had an experience like this at Mahogany, Flemings, or any other comparable restaurant. The easily prepared and fried appetizers were the only thing anyone enjoyed during our service. I wish I could tell you the restaurant was packed but there was only 4 parties in the entire place while we were there. I hope the service improves before our next visit. If I have another experience like this then I will not return.

Love visiting Ruth’s once in a while. My favorite is when they have the fillet and giant lobster tail on the special menu because you can’t beat it! The lobster is amazing and the fillet is stellar as always! Decided to add a nice wedge salad this time and man was it good! Even kept some of the blue cheese crumbles from the salad to eat with my steak – if you haven’t tried it, you should!

Enjoyed celebrating our wedding anniversary here tonight. From the moment we walked in every single staff member was beyond welcoming and happy. Cora was our waitress and she was the most precious, attentive, and lovely young woman. Next time we come back we will definitely request her section, she’s a gem!
The ambiance was lovely and the food was exceptional!! My husband and I shared the crab cakes, porterhouse steak, and lobster mac & cheese. Every.Single.Bite was exquisite. We both agreed it was the best steak we have ever eaten. Our only regret of the night was not getting there earlier so we could linger a bit longer over this meal before having to head out to a concert. We are looking for reasons to return to Tulsa so we can bring friends with us to enjoy this special place. Bravo to the chef and everyone else that makes this place stand out above the rest!

Excellent table service by all service staff. Atmosphere was nice and quiet at the time of our visit. The food was delicious and cooked as expected. My filet (which I asked to be cooked medium well) was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The brussels sprouts had a fantastic smoky/bacony flavor. Delicious! The macaroni and cheese tasted homemade, LOTS of cheese, and was very cresmy. It was SO GOOD! Bread they bring to the table (warm with butter) was fresh…crunchy exterior and soft interior. The shrimp cocktails our party of 8 ordered for appetizers were delicious and beautifully prepared. The shrimp was fresh and cocktail sauce tasted homemade. The individual cheesecake dessert was fantastic! It was a deliciously dense cheesecake. Overall, it was a great visit. Some in our party ordered the 3 for $60 meal; others ordered steaks and sides. Pricey, but a great experience. We recommend it to others.

First time here, made it for Valentines dinner. Overall the food was top notch. Service was lacking, maybe a little short staffed for a busy night.
I ordered the Ruth’s classic which comes with a salad, entrée, side dish, and personalized dessert. The 11 ounce fillet and shrimp was AMAZING! It was thick and still perfectly cooked, one of the best steaks I have ever had. They serve the steaks on VERY hot plates, and I loved how it kept the steak hot for most of the main meal. On the classic, I upgraded the side dish to a “share size” side for an extra $5, which I thought was a great deal. The asparagus was very good. My wife ordered a petite fillet, which was a smaller version of the same steak and equally delicious. We had to try the lobster mac & cheese, and we would agree it has been appropriately rated very well at this restaurant.
As far as service, it was poor for this level of dining. We told the waitress it was our first time, but she didn’t go over the menu like we heard others doing for tables around us. We got water promptly, but it had a dirty taste. I ordered a drink and after 10 minutes had to remind the waitress that I still had not received it. Then had a difficult time getting drink refills. She was going to bring more bread, but ended up not getting that until after our food was there. The classic also comes with a personal size dessert, when I asked about it she tried telling me I didn’t order that, however the food order was all correct to that point. She fixed the ticket, and we took the dessert to go. $192 for 2 people.
Lastly I would complain that this restaurant is at the back of the casino, without direct access. It was impossible to determine where the ideal parking was, as there was not signage to direct on this, only signs indicating it was inside the casino. We parked, then had a long walk through the casino to the restaurant at the back.
