We were out walking around and were so hungry & came across Ruths. My boyfriend and I have a little tradition where we go to Ruths if the city offers it, we dine there, and so of course we had to stop by. The place was busy during the lunch hour but they had some tables available in the bar area.
Wait time to get menus and place our orders took awhile (like 20-30 minutes) yet there didn’t seem to be additional servers available in the bar, so l guess it makes sense? Place was very nice like all establishments and the staff seemed cool. Food was so good! We had one of my boyfriend’s favorites, the ahi appetizer with our drinks (Blackberry sidecar, Corona) as we waited for our food. He had the steak burger which he was craving for and I went with the crab sandwich with fries & both were necessary and fresh, made to meet our order & requests. Always a good time, highly recommend if youre in the area!

Oh my gosh! Ruth Chris did not disappoint. The steak was the most tender that I’ve ever had. We ordered the cowboy ribeye and the stuffed chicken. We also had a caesar salad and au gratin mashed potatoes. It was truly a great meal.

Had one of the best steaks here! Did Oscar style and it was just perfect – really filling and cooked to perfection. The cream spinach had a hint of sweetness – very good also. Our server was Annemarie and she was very attentive and friendly. Kind of tucked away inside the hotel but did not have a problem booking an early dinner the same day (was dining with two). Can’t go wrong with Ruth’s Chris!

Always great food! Had a Caesar salad, filet with a lobster tail, garlic mashed potatoes, creamed spinach and a “Happy Birthday” cheesecake plate. Our waiter, John, was very attentive and went above and beyond with his service.

Came in town for a birthday celebration. Ordered a ribeye it was charred. Tough to cut. The garlic potatoes were cold. I was not at all happy with that steak. Plus it wasn’t a good cut for a 16oz steak. Very small. The server was good but the service for the food was very slow we waited over an hour. I was very very disappointed for the cost that meal was not worth it. I spent my hard earn money on something I couldn’t eat. This was my very first visit to Ruth Chris and will be my last. Very disappointed.

Great place for lunch—bar seating was available so we sat there. Food was good, we enjoyed the Spicy Shrimp, Caesar Salad, Goat Cheese & Artichoke Dip, and the Black & Bleu Salad. Bartender was nice and attentive and our drinks were great!

Overall, the experience did not align with the restaurant’s price point. Service felt disjointed, with unfocused conversation that added to the awkwardness of the meal.
Having visited other locations, this iteration of the original restaurant was particularly disappointing. Compared to the others, it does not come close in execution or consistency and unfortunately ranks last among them.

10/10 wonderful service. Jeremy was amazing and very attentive. Whether a formal, family or friendly settings I encourage everyone to check it out. We had a lovely night there. Delicious food and drinks.
