My friend and I dined in, and the manager on duty, Alex truly saved me from an embarrassing situation. I switched purses right before leaving the house and accidentally left my credit card behind and to make matters worse, my phone died, leaving me unable to use Apple Pay to pay for my meal. I immediately informed my server, and Alex stepped in with such humility and professionalism. He kindly offered his charger and handled the situation with patience, grace, and genuine care. His calm leadership turned what could’ve been a stressful moment into a positive one. Alex exemplifies outstanding management and customer service, and I’m deeply grateful for how he went above and beyond. He’s a big reason I chose to return.

I had the pleasure of being greeted by CC, the hostess. OMG, she is truly heaven sent! Her warmth, humorous, and kind approach to customer service made us feel instantly welcome. She went out of her way to get me and my friend seated for dinner and cocktails, making the evening even more enjoyable. Her exceptional service reflects amazing management and training at Ruth’s Chris. Both Alex and CC deserve recognition for going above and beyond. They made both nights worth while and memorable. Thank you both again. I pray recognition finds you both. I will continue to recommend and bring friends to dine in this establishment.

Thanksgiving at Ruth’s Chris Steak House was another reason to feel grateful, thanks to the friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. My husband and I were greeted at the front desk and, without much delay, seated at a table overlooking the Banks Development on East Freedom Way. It was the perfect spot to reflect on the meaning of the holiday and consider the tragedies and triumphs in our ancestors’ lives as they journeyed toward freedom. A time to thank God for life, love, joy, peace, and each other—and to be grateful for the opportunity to enjoy the fruits of the labor of Americans who came before us, establishing and building a nation based on Judeo-Christian ethics. Throughout our country’s history, courageous men and women have opposed both obvious and subtle tyranny. Our friendly, personable server delivered the first course, Caesar’s salad—savory, creamy, and tangy. The filet, topped with shrimp, followed. Perfectly seasoned and seared, both meats were full of flavor. Shared side dishes included creamed spinach and buttery mashed potatoes. Finally, we enjoyed a rich, delicious, fudgy chocolate cake with hints of espresso. In every way, Ruth’s Chris exceeds expectations.
Our Creator permitted us to enjoy steak after the flood (Genesis 9). Everyone needs food to sustain both physical and spiritual life—Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life” (John 14:6). He also said, “I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst” (John 6:35). All who believe in Christ’s propitiation on our behalf will inherit the life that Adam lost when his sin brought death into the world (Romans 5:12). Life is brief because of sin—both Adam’s and ours. The Apostle Paul summed up what everyone needs to do: “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved” (Romans 10:9). In Genesis 50, our Creator used what was meant for evil for good. He still does that today (Romans 8:28).

Steak was very good and cooked perfectly. Shrimp was very flavorful. Sides were good, as expected, but not exceptionally amazing to write about. Salads were, unfortunately, the last plate to come out, or this would be a 5-star review. Our server was really great at her job. Very friendly, inviting, and accommodating. Cheesecake was phenomenal. Our bar drinks were great and effective, lol. While everything was good, I think I would find another place at the same level to try rather than return again.

Wonderful experience and delicious food. The Norwegian salmon with bay scallops in a Thai sauce was amazing. The rest of the table had steaks; a filet, NY Strip and a Ribeye; all delicious and cooked exactly to order. I also recommend the au gratin potatoes and sweet potato casserole.

Bryce was our server . He was absolutely incredible . I loved his attentiveness , he was so bubbly and sweet ! He thoroughly explained things to us , as well as chatted with us along the way when he came by! He was wonderful! It was our very first time eating there , so we weren’t sure what to expect ! Our food was absolutely delicious, and came out so quickly ! I don’t think I’ve ever had a steak that delicious , and as he explained, stayed warm on the 500 degree plates as I tried my best to eat it all! The crab cakes and the Oscar topping were to die for ! We will be back! Not only the food was perfection, but Bryce , thank you for a truly incredible experience !

It was a slow day, but so was the service. I was offered fresh bread when I sat down, but didn’t receive it until my entree arrived. I wasn’t asked if I wanted an appetizer, which was disappointing because I wanted to try one. My T-bobe steak was cooked to perfection, but I season mine better at home. The loaded baked potato was huge, and very good. It came out hot and fresh. The asparagus was perfect too. The smoked bourbon was on point and wasn’t as expensive as I thought it would be. The server was very friendly and knew her stuff, but she didn’t come around as much as I would have liked. Overall, I had a great time, as my company was better than the steak

Bar drinks came out after appetizer. No apology given. No offer to box the remaining calamari, just thrown out. Got a wrong steak that I didn’t order. Server didn’t know if they had Merlot or Malbec but she will check lol. Brought a random glass over of red wine, dropped it off without specifying which one it is and walked off. Host stand didn’t say goodbye till we said it to them halfway out the door. Poor service, no care in the world from the staff. Food good but not worth the price. JUST GO TO JEFF RUBY. It’s 10X better than this place. We paid over $350 for the 2 of us. #Darden. Props to the kitchen… only decent thing about the restaurant was the food.

I wanted to have an upscale family dinner for my 26th birthday and I decided to go to Ruth’s Chris. We had an amazing time. Everyone was so friendly! The food was excellent, cooked exactly as we requested. We had amazing service and were seated in such a nice part of the restaurant. Our server was Mitch- truly a sweet guy and made this experience special for me and my family! Request him if you can, you won’t regret it! Alex was the manager and he did such a wonderful job of making sure we were taken care of! I was given the choice of a free appetizer and desert. I give this experience a 10/10- we will definitely be back! Special shout out to the hostess (did not get her name) she was wonderful and truly a good host for our evening! Overall a wonderful experience!!

My dining experience was top notch from start to finish. I cannot say enough about the hospitality of the entire staff and my server, David, could not have been more pleasing. He was attentive to my anticipated and unanticipated needs throughout (which is sadly often not the case when dining alone). David made my 60th birthday celebration extra special and I am so grateful for that. The ribeye?? Hands down the best that I have ever had in my entire life . I now know the difference between a mediocre cut of beef prepared in a mediocre fashion versus a masterpiece✨

Tristian, he was one of the most pleasant individuals we have encountered in a long time. His honesty was genuine as he instructed us the summer special had ended, though I called earlier in the day and was instructed it was still on. His kindness was a breath of fresh air. He demonstrated a clear enthusiasm for his job and a commitment to ensuring his customers’ satisfaction, recognizing that their loyalty was essential to his continued employment. A business needs more individuals like Tristian.
