Upscale restaurant that I’ve passed often but never ventured in. Attended a seminar this evening that included dinner. The conference room was downstairs, lot of noise from upstairs interrupted being able to concentrate on the subject matter. The meal was very good, including steak house salad… I had an 11oz. Filet that was cooked rare as requested….great flavor and very tender. Included garlic mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. Because of cost this would be a special occasion restaurant for me….but very satisfied with the service, cleanliness (including bathroom) and quality of the food.

We were worried about the previous reviewers but actually glad we came here. The river view was beautiful. The filet is tasty, mushroom is amazing, asparagus is a little salty but the wine (Flowers Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast) is great! The service is also very nice. Taiwan rocks!

2nd time at this location, both very good. JACOB, our bartender/server was excellent. Very attentive and aware. He saw my steak was overcooked just before I was going to call him over. He made it right quickly! This location is one of the best we’ve been to and we look forward to coming back soon.

My co-worker and I went to Ruth’s Chris while on a business trip to Knoxville.
We had the most awesome experience. The weather was perfect and we were able to sit outside overlooking the Tennessee River! This area was covered, so also ok if it’s raining. It’s really close to the river and had a great view.
My New York Strip was cooked perfectly, I ordered medium. I loved the taste and had asked for extra pepper.
The French Fries are the best!!!
For dessert, I ordered the Cheesecake and it was fabulous!
Our server was Meg, and she was the best! Friendly, attentive and a joy to have as a server!

I’ve been to Ruth’s Chris locations at least a couple hundred times and to dozens of locations. The Knoxville location is excellent. My wife and I enjoyed a spontaneous nice dinner there last night. The food was perfect as always. Filet is just amazing. But I want to compliment Chandler, our waiter. He is definitely a top 10% of wait staff we’ve had throughout all Ruth’s. Would highly recommend this location.

Always a wonderful experience! Perfect place to dine prior to the theatre. The food is really well prepared and the service is very friendly, informative, and quick to respond. I particularly liked the crab cakes, mushrooms, and the desserts. Heartily recommend dining here.
