The food was DELICIOUS! The atmosphere was very nice, clean, welcoming and peaceful! The service was great! Our waiter/server a guy name Terrance was very helpful, very knowledgeable of the menu and was able to make some great suggestions. He was nice, friendly, and very attentive in making sure that we were okay the entire time and we had everything we needed! Did I mention this location is by water and is sooo beautiful. I liked looking at the beautiful scenery! Will definitely go back to see how it looks in daylight!

I recently visited this restaurant to celebrate my birthday and, unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. My party was seated in a corner, and after our meals were served, our waiter provided little to no follow up service. Throughout our visit, I observed that other guests appeared to receive a higher level of attention and hospitality, including food recommendations, photos, and birthday acknowledgments, none of which were extended to my table.
This lack of attentiveness, combined with the overall atmosphere, left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Additionally, the food quality did not meet expectations. Given these circumstances, I regret to say that my experience fell short of the standards I would expect and I cannot recommend this establishment at this time. My wife and I felt very discriminated and will not be returning.

Went for my anniversary and the food and service were amazing. From the hostess, bar staff and server everyone went out of their way to make the night special. And the food was perfection. The chef is a master at what he does. Thank you Ruth’s Chris for a wonderful new memory.

Had reservations for a family holiday dinner with six adults and two young children for 6:00 pm. Was seated at 6:25. Ordered water right after we sat down and it was brought fairly quickly. Didn’t see anyone for at least another 15 min. waiting to order. When the food did arrive at approx. 7:20 the meals were cold. One meal was incorrect. This was the “traditional” Thanksgiving dinner. The stuffing was terrible. The cranberries were tart with very little flavor. They were already out of sweet potato casserole and baked potatoes. So basically it was $51 per person for the dinner shown. We thought we’d try a well know restaurant for a nice meal, no cooking, no fuss, no cleanup on our part. It was definitely not worth the price for the food or service. Extremely disappointed. I will never go there again. If steaks are their speciality, stick to that and forget any specialized holiday dinner. They don’t know what they’re doing

Jacob was our server tonight and what a professional he is. Informative, attentive, and gave great recommendations. Hopefully he’s our server in April when we come back.
The food 10/10
We split the Ribeye (had it medium well) it was cooked perfect!!!! I was tempted to order a second.
We had TWO orders of the spicy shrimp because it’s just too good.
We had a side of garlic mash. Always delicious. Just pairs so well with steak.
Drinks 8/10
I had a sidecar and a manhattan
Sidecar was a bit weak. Manhattan is the GOAT.
She had the pomegranate martini (her fav) and the citrus honey martini.
Dessert 100000/10
We had the carrot cake and mannnnnn, that’s the best carrot cake I’ve EVER had.

Was a bit disappointed because we got the three for 55 only one was supposed to be upgraded was charged for two upgrades charged extra for dessert yeah he didn’t charge me for my tea cuz they had to make a fresh pot. And in my total I put 330.00 and I told him you’re going to have to figure out differences from 272. And when it came through on my account it came up to 334.30 so I don’t know where they came up with that amount but just a total disappointment

Haven’t been to a Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in years, but really enjoyed it as I did previously.
The quality of the beef in my filet, prepared as requested, was fabulous, and the Creamed Spinach was perfect. We followed up with the Chocolate Sin Cake and it WAS sinful (and delicious)!

This is the 2nd time I’ve been to a Ruth Chris, and I can’t remember the 1st time so that should’ve been a clue. (Ya girl remembers good food!) I’m not wow’ed, but I’m not completely disappointed. Also, why is this place not open sooner? I had the crab cakes, asparagus, au gratin, and the bread pudding. (The desserts are huge!) My friend, who loves the place and insisted I go, got the crab cake appetizer, salmon, and the sweet potato casserole.
