My family of fifteen and I visited here for two 40th birthday dinners. We were pleased the location offered valet through the Embassy Suites for $12 after the tickets were validated by the restaurant post meal. We had a reservation and was greeted upon entry by a very friendly hostess. I didn’t not catch her name, but she was a pretty brown skin woman with a long light-brown middle part hairstyle. She took us to our seats, and we were greeted by two waiters. They took our drink orders, then appetizers, then dinner. Out of fifteen, We only had two orders that were slightly incorrect. I personally had the lettuce wedge, the stuffed chicken, and the hibiscus lemon drop martini. My meal was delicious and per my family, there’s were as well. The restaurant was clean and maintained with no apparent issues. We will definitely be back to this location when visiting and Ruth’s Chris as a whole.

The best part was the steak. The crab cakes were ok. I would go with a different appetizer next time, I’d like to try the stuffed mushrooms . The salad was a very generous portion and was good. I was mostly disappointed with the lobster. It was over cooked and it was such a small portion. Looked as though I had only gotten half of the tail. The desert was lovely. It was not our anniversary but they put that anyway. The strawberries were perfectly ripe full of sweetness.

I’ve had better steaks for way less. They messed up my order expected me to pay for things I didn’t order. The plate was burning hot. I don’t even know how that’s possible, you cook the steak not the plate it’s not an iron skillet, it was a clay plate. They served me burnt bread, the mashed potatoes, I kid you not tasted like sewage. I did not enjoy the steak, It was caked with butter. The salad was also caked with dressing.

First time here in yrs! Remember it being delicious but a bit disappointed this time. Calamari and ceaser salad were good, lobster Mac n cheese was good, not great. Loaded hash brown side was extremely salty and I love me some hash browns but that was to much. Sea bass is a great fish that melts like butter in your mouth and this one was cooked good but the garlic panko crust is not good and the fish needs a bit more seasoning/flavor. I’m not a fan of lamb but my husband said it wasn’t bad. The ambience of the restaurant is nice, it’s inside the embassy hotel which also has a Starbucks. They have valet parking and if validated, parking is only $12 for the first 3hrs.

I ended up at this restaurant after a long drive from Michigan. The location of this restaurant is excellent. The centennial Park area has so much to offer and this is a really nice place to eat. Mariah, my server was very accommodating and gave five-star service. It is expected from this level of restaurant and it doesn’t have any problem proving that the company does well training their servers to be accommodating and minimally intrusive. I would definitely return

Extremely disappointed. We were a party of 6. I have been to many Ruth Chris location and did not get the Ruth Chris experience. All of us were left disappointed. I requested a round table with the reservation and got a regular one even though plenty were available. Cocktails came after our food. We constantly ask for basic refills like water, etc. They gave us the wrong food and argue to make us pay for it until I got the manager involve. Very little attention to service. Clearly not the experience at all of an upscale restaurant. Service and attentiveness was way below an average steak house like longhorn or Outback.
