I will start by saying that there is free parking. Which is always appreciated.
I came on a Sunday for a 5:00p reservation.
The restaurant was quiet – I believe there may have been one other couple.
To be honest, the service was GREAT, but the food was disgusting. I’m more of a Frankie’s person, but Longhorn’s food is much better than RC.
We ordered stuffed mushrooms which were dry, medallions, steak, mashed potatoes and lobster Mac and cheese (came cold).
All of which were dry and not seasoned.
The best thing that I had was the water, butter and the drinks (Ruth’s Pisco Punch and Strawberry Rocks Rita).
Spent a little over $200.
I would expect Frankie’s service and food for that price.
So disappointing. This was my first time here, and I expected so much better.

One of the best steakhouse experiences I’ve had. The sizzling presentation adds a nice touch, and the flavor of the steak truly stands out. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place and formality. The food was good too, but I think some things are a bit overpriced. However, the service was not up to par. They took way too long for certain things that should’ve taken only 5 minutes, for example, the drinks. They took 10-15 minutes each time to bring drinks. The food took forever as well. We ordered at 7:20 and started eating at 8:30. Even to-go bags took 10 minutes. They were very kind and respectful, making the experience fancy-like, but the wait was the main thing that knocked off a star. The whole dining experience was good but not $1200 good. They need to speed up service in general.

From the moment my wife and I walked in for our anniversary dinner, the experience at Ruth’s Chris was exceptional. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing evening or a special occasion. The staff was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout the meal.
Now, the steak—absolutely phenomenal. Cooked to perfection, juicy, and bursting with flavor. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into each dish. The sides were equally impressive, especially the creamy garlic mashed potatoes and Caesar salad.

We celebrated my parents’ 48th anniversary here 11/25. Not only was the amazing food, but the service was even better! Robert went over and beyond and made our a visit memorable! The restaurant is decorated beautifully so you definitely can get some great photos. I recommend the T-bone, calamari, heck the onion rings!!! Everything we had was excellent. I will definitely return to this location.

Our 36th Anniversary Dinner was awesome. Thanks for the gift card to our oldest son. We went early. Had a whole room to ourselves. Pete was a fantastic waiter, even if he wasn’t from around here. lol. Forgot to get pics of my Brides house salad and my Louisiana Gumbo. Both were top notch. The bread was so warm and good. The Steaks came on these sizzling plates and the girls that brought them were so sweet. The Manager was so personable and we felt like we were talking to family.
THE STEAKS, oh my gosh. We are not extravagant folks, really just plain folks. The filets were out of this world. Seasoned, cooked perfectly. The smashed potatoes were the best side. Then, the Oreo chocolate Cheesecake was to die for. They just set the bar with the best Anniversary dinner in 36 years. We will be back.

What’s not to love about Ruth’s Chris? The atmosphere top notch, the service. Amazing, the food best of all!! I can be a bit of a particular steak eater, and my steak was cooked to utter perfection!!! The sides are delicious, everything about this place is just classic American delicious steakhouse!! Whether you are going for a romantic dinner for two, a birthday celebration in a large or small group, this place will accommodate any size group. They also make it extra special if you are celebrating an event. Our server Rob was amazing, we went for a dinner date for my birthday and everything was over the top. Fabulous! It really was a wonderfully delicious and special evening. I highly recommend and will be coming back!

Came in for date night and was surprised by how quiet the restaurant was on a Friday night.
The filets were delicious. The lobster macaroni and cheese was just okay- really dripping in butter. The brussel sprouts were mushy and the shrimp were undercooked and flavorless.
I will say, the espresso martini was fabulous and the service was great!
For the cost, we prefer Little Alley or Bask.

It was one of the most greatest experience I had in a restaurant in a long time. Dexter was a wonderful waiter. He also attended to every dining need that we had. He even cleaned the crumbs off the table. As we ate our food the one that’s downtown, Atlanta down the street from Starbucks. And I say to Mr. Dexter job, well done.

Quality Ruth’s Chris location, lots of seating and nice staff. I had the fixed meal and everything I tried was great. The salad tasted fresh, the Filet was cooked well, and the sides were great too. I enjoyed the sweet potato casserole a lot, and the desert was perfect size to top it off at the end.
I love the hot plates that keep your food warm during the whole dinner. Class.
