The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming, perfect for a night out with friends.The steaks were cooked perfectly tender, flavorful, and served sizzling just like they promise. They haven’t improved the quality of the steak in 20years. Still no grass-fed options. To compensate for the average quality of meat, they offer sauces and butters for the steaks but still charge premium prices. The tables were so close together staff had to constantly wait for others to move just to walk table to table. Fortunately the cooks know how to properly cook a medium rare which was appreciated.

Our server, Devin, had excellent customer service skills and was attentive to us. The Manager, Ricky, came by our table to ask us if our food was properly prepared to our order. He had excellent service.

Hosted a birthday dinner with 14 guests. The atmosphere was elevated & welcoming with warm lighting & a private area for our party. The service was amazing. Our server, Jade did an outstanding job with so many guests & was very attentive & communicative. Shout out to her!! Our food was delicious! The Caesar salad is my fav, my steak was cooked to perfection & the sides were good. The manager checked in with us as well which I appreciated. I love this location. I have been many times and will continue to return. Thank you for great service and great dining.

My husband and I decided to celebrate our 3rd anniversary here. This place is special to us—we first came 3 years ago, the day he proposed back in December 2021.
The service was excellent, and the staff, including our waitress and her team, took great care of us. The food overall was good. I wasn’t a fan of the Brussels sprouts or the cucumber-style mocktail, and the lobster bisque could’ve used a bit more cream. But the steak, mashed potatoes, and sweet potato casserole were absolutely delicious.
I’d definitely come back again and recommend this place to family and friends.

We had an exceptional visit at Ruth’s Chris. We were celebrating a birthday with a large party and the service was amazing! Our server, Ryan, did a wonderful job managing our large group and was respectful and patient with us. The food was top tier as always which made the experience that much better! The General Manager was also great and took the time to help me with my party ahead of the visit as well as while we were there. Fantastic!

We were greeted warmly in the lobby and seated promptly for our 6:15 pm reservation. Our main server was Elise and she was very nice and attentive to our needs.
All of our courses were brought out promptly and the steak and crab cakes were brought out sizzling hot. We had mashed potatoes and creamed spinach for our sides and the sides are actually big enough to share.
This was the best crab cake I have had in years, and I definitely look forward to coming back for date nights or special occasions. Some restaurants are skimpy on service and food for restaurant week, but Ruth’s Chris provided exceptional service from start to finish.

The steaks were great, the bread and sides were okay. Less than what I’d expect from a high end restaurant. Our waiter was fantastic however our food took a while to come out in comparison to our experience at the other Ruth’s Chris location in Charlotte. A couple that was seated roughly 20 minutes after us received their food 5-10 minutes before us. As far as environment, the decor feels a little dated and “lower end” than the other Charlotte location. Not a “bad” experience but I prefer the overall experience at the other location. BTW, the manager was very nice when he checked on us.
