Ruth’s Chris Steak House (my opinion) has a reputation for fine dining. Our first time so we walked over from the Hampton Inn (yesterday, Thursday Dec 4th) for the happy hour at the bar area.
From the moment we walked through the door the attention received was superb. We sat at a 2 person table and noticed it was busy. Decided to go order at the bar and came upon one of the staff members and immediately asked if I needed assistance. Just like that I returned to the table and more than one staff member took excellent care of our order and comfort. And to top it off the manager also stopped by to ask how we were doing (I was impressed).
The drinks were outstanding and the happy hour menu items delicious.
Just an overall great happy hour experience in a classy restaurant with service and atmosphere that if I could would give a 5 plus rating.

Absolutely outstanding experience at Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Parsippany!
From start to finish, the service was nothing short of exceptional. Our waitress, Hillary, is hands down the best server I’ve ever experienced. She was attentive, warm, knowledgeable, and gave phenomenal recommendations that elevated our entire dining experience. You can truly tell she takes pride in what she does.
She was wonderfully supported by Jane, who was equally kind, professional, and attentive throughout the meal. Together, they made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.
A special shoutout to Dean, who ensured our table was spotless and perfectly maintained before, during, and after our meal. His attention to detail did not go unnoticed and added to the overall excellence of the evening.
The food was incredible, but the service is what truly made this visit unforgettable. This team exemplifies what top-tier hospitality should look like. We will absolutely be returning and requesting this dream team again!

Went for a family dinner upon our son’s birthday. Wife and I had the $55 special three course, which was a great deal, with salad, steak, side, and a desert. I had the prime strip steak, my wife had the salmon shrimp, and our son had the t-bone, all phenomenal.

I had an amazing experience at Chris Ruth Steak House! We ordered the porterhouse steak and lobster, and both were cooked to perfection. The steak was juicy and flavorful, while the lobster was sweet and succulent.

After having a horrible birthday dinner experience at a restaurant in Short Hills, I’m so glad we decided to come to this location instead. From the moment we arrived, Sara and the rest of the staff truly went above and beyond to make sure my birthday was special. The service was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely caring, something that made all the difference after the night we were having.
Everything from the atmosphere to the overall experience was top-tier, and I really appreciated how the team made the extra effort to turn my night around. 10/10 experience! I will definitely be returning!

For a first time experience this place was phenomenal. I loved the steak, shared the tomahawk and a few drinks with some friendly people. The bartender, Julian, was excellent. Very attentive and considerate and made the dining experience so enjoyable. We sat at the bar top and it was a fun time! The steak was incredible and the rest of the staff was super attentive as well. I WILL be coming back. Thanks Julian 🙂 we enjoyed every last bit!

We recently dined at Ruth’s Chris Steak House and overall had a great experience. Brian, our server, truly made the evening special. He was attentive, professional, and friendly without being overbearing. His service was a highlight of the night.
The only downside was the wait time. Granted it being valentines day, we opted for a 4 oclock reservation to get out before the dinner crowd. It took way longer than expected to receive our food, an hour+, which was a bit frustrating. A compted cheesecake only slightly makes the situation better. Working in hospitality management myself, probably would have done more. However, once everything arrived, the quality definitely delivered.
Overall, a wonderful meal with exceptional service from Brian.
