I cannot wait to come back here ❤️ My partner and I visited here to celebrate him because we saw online that on your birthday, you can get a free half pound cinnamon roll! Although they were out, that didn’t matter to us because the smells drew us in anyway! An adorable girl helped us, who I assume is the owners daughter. Heart immediately melted and what a good little sales woman she was! She talked to us about all of their options, and even gave us a free cinnamon roll muffin in replacement of the cinnamon roll! We also got a soft pretzel with cheese, and a giant chocolate cookie, and they snuck im some extra goodies for us as well. ❤️ I am BLOWN AWAY. Their prices are incredibly affordable, and we absolutely stuffed ourselves on these amazing baked goods because we could NOT stop! Their cookies are perfectly cooked, gooey chocolate center with crisp edges. Their muffins are so flavorful, and the pretzels have an AMAZING taste and the homemade cheese was thick and creamy and to die for! I will 1000% be going back and I can’t wait to try their cinnamon rolls and whatever other yummy treats they come up with! I encourage anyone who hasn’t tried here to come here because you will absolutely be hooked. ❤️

Being born and raised in southeast and central Texas, my expectations for this bakery’s kolaches was high. They did not disappoint. Not only was the dough soft and taste on point, but they stuff them. We (my husband and I) ordered the raspberry , German sausage with jalapeño and cheese, sausage with gravy (yes, inside!!), sausage with egg and cheese and German sausage with cheese kolache. After delightfully stuffing ourselves with these delectables, we are fat and happy. Definitely will be repeat business. They’re located far from where I live but worth the drive.

Passing by this cute little old fashioned windmill building has always piqued my curiosity and I finally decided to give Bake My Day a try since I live just down the road- I have been in 3 times already to try something different and each new treat has been absolutely stellar.
The cream cheese cinnamon rolls have to be some of the best I have ever had (and I am not usually a huge cinnamon roll person). The roll itself is perfectly moist, the icing surprisingly light and with that signature sweet/sour cream cheese taste, and they are huge! The lemon bar was also perfect, baked lemon goodness without being overly sugary sweet like some iterations.
The dough used for the kolaches, cheddar biscuits with gravy and other savory faire is very obviously homemade from scratch and it shows in how it comes through in flavor. Definitely recommend getting there early though, the popular items like cinnamon rolls and kolaches go fast and may be out by mid to late morning. Count me in as a regular because I’m going to want to try everything in the shop at this point!

Very cute shop, the kid who helped us was very sweet but a little confused on the types of kolaches they had to offer. We ordered 4 kolaches and only 2 were the correct kind and of those 4 none of them were baked all the way through 2 of which were inedible. We ordered 2 cinnamon rolls and only 1 was the correct kind. I suppose I should’ve at least checked those before we left but there was a line behind us.

Not only was the building adorable, the food was so good. I’m gluten free and the selection of gluten free stuff was amazing. I loved the blueberry bread especially.
I am also a wheelchair user and I understand that the entire world is not accessible. However, the owner and her daughter did everything they could to get me in. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you both for doing that. Thank you for the great experience and I do plan on coming back when I’m in Spokane again!

I’m always looking for a good bakery. My first time here. The guy behind the counter was extremely nice. I bought a cinnamon roll, dough made in house, with choice of cream cheese frosting or caramel. I got both, and they were generous with the toppings. I will absolutely recommend and visit again.

Absolutely my favorite bakery in Spokane! They deserve so much more love than they get. Their bagels are the only bagels I’ll eat now. everything is made with love and it’s clear to tell in the flavor. everything I’ve gotten from them has been perfectly balanced with the perfect texture.

A little birdy told me, on your birthday you get a free HALF POUND cinnamon roll & little birdy was right! It was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. I also tried the Maple bacon Scone, OMFG! 10/10! I will be coming back to try some more goodies! Im so excited to come back and i dont say that often at all

The kolaches are amazing at this place and I ordered 50 of them for my company event. If you haven’t checked them out, you should. The owner Courtney made them and got them ready on a day that she’s normally closed and I really appreciated her service. Do yourself a favor and visit this bakery

This place is a hidden gem! Meagan greeted us and described everything from cookies to cinnamon rolls and Kolaches which are like an adult hot pocket. I tried the ham, bacon and cheddar cheese! Absolutely scrumptious! We also tried the lemon bar and the cinnamon roll bread pudding as well as the carrot cake! Will definitely be visiting bake my day very soon!
