Delivery review.
Great local co. Good pizza but a little pricey. Look for coupons on line etc. The thin crust is fantastic for just a few toppings. Regular crust,, load it on! Ask for thick crust of you like!
Tried again ….the Sandwiches are blah and the wings were weak. Maybe a off night? Pizza was good!
The new online ordering is not consistent…we’ve tried three times only to have to call it in…really poor online change…. hopefully they’ll get it together.

Ok. So. It’s Christmas Eve at night. We are from out of town. We had no idea what to have for dinner. So we jumped on our car and just drove around the city. I spotted this place and decided to go there.
Great decision!
The pizza was great, the attention on point and the place itself very clean.

I used to worked at rusty’s 9 years ago and back then the pizza was the best,
I tried tonight and was ok but not great, the worst part was the wings
Those used to be my favorite item at Rusty’s but I think they don’t sell chicken wings any more, they change them for pigeons wings.
Disappointed
They need to go back to the Tyson brand wings they used to sell.

Birthday Party for Twins (boy & girl) turned 12yrs. old. Got the party room in the back. There are video games to play. 20 people or so all together. It was Great!

I guess they can open so many restaurants because they don’t maintain their existing ones. This place is like a time capsule of my youth…. Over 20 years ago. The place is run down and dirty with graffiti all over the bathroom, urinal and thermostat falling off the wall. The “one salad bar trip” sign is both hostile and a joke that no one listens to… Seriously… Handing me the bowl costs more than anything I could eat at the salad bar. I stood at the counter for at least a minute while the staff spoke in Spanish to each other and ignored us for deliveries and chatting. I guess if you like this style of burned fast food pizza, I oukd understand it, except it’s super expensive.compared to much better pizza within a 2 minute drive.

I’ve ordered from Rusty’s for years. I’ve enjoyed the pizza and service every time. A new delivery driver brought our order a week ago and thanked us for a cheap tip. It’s the same tip I’ve left for years with no complaints and the delivery is not far.
I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I try not to judge people that may have a bad day.
The same delivery driver showed up today and said the same thing to my wife.
I am fairly certain there was spit on this pizza. I called the restaurant and the supervisor did not seem to care at all. He said he could refund my order but would need to send another driver to grab the pizza first.
Horrible interaction! No longer going to order from them.
