Love the burgers from there and their ranch. I always get extra ranch today was a joke I even payed extra for it (4 side for $2.00) not that much but when the cups were not even half way full that’s ridiculous (see pic) Really??? I will not be back because of this especially when I paid over $30 for two burgers.

The last few times Ive come here, service was absolutely atrocious. Theyve always been rude and lazy. We usually come for icecream like we did yesterday at about 1. I walked in with my girls and saw the waitress on her phone. I got glared at by another service worker which okay whatever. We went to the scream shack and she walked over and said “it’s closed we’re short staffed” mind you the building was completely empty. Id understand if it was busy but it wasnt, she went right back to goofing around with the other staff and playing on her phone. We left. I always like to give chances to restaurants but this was my last attempt with this place. Absolutely awful.

Been here many times over the years and the service and food has rapidly declined over the past couple years. Feel like the managers just dont care about how anything gets ran as long as they get a pay check. Tonight everyone else got there food while they stood in the kitchen and talked while my pizza was sitting on the counter to get boxed for 20 minutes.

I have been to this establishment before with my family a few months ago, but yesterday it felt like a whole new experience!
for starters each staff member was very friendly and helpful accommodating me and my four little kids. The food was prompt and yummy,(my girls loved the kids burgers. plenty of food, no wimpy patties on tiny buns). The post lunch ice cream cones were a hit!
Again, the staff was great. All had a smile on their face and made sure we were taken care of, they even ran us a takeout bag for our leftovers, which was very thoughtful considering I had a toddler and a baby in tow. My kids are already asking when we can go back. Thank you for the yummy food and the kindness!

The curb appeal and atmosphere were well thought out. But, putting a child size rusty truck in the lobby where you have children walking past first thing made it sad to see a no playing sign on it. Great food.

Not much of a place to look at the the food was the bomb. 1st time here with guys from work. We made some deliveries close by and decided to try it out. Friendly people and really good burgers. Will come again, next time we are in town.

What a great place!! It is 3 places in 1:
》food (which is obviously ordered at the counter when you walk in, and then they bring it to your table),
》ice cream (which can be ordered with food, but I might recommend going to the ice cream counter to see all the yummy concoctions), and
》a full bar with good local brews. (Must be ordered at the bar. If I were here for dinner, I might get a shot of flavored vodka to add to my milkshake!)
My spinach salad was terrific — and I was SO glad that they could accommodate my special request for no onions. And my husband said his burger was also terrific!

Don’t expect anything to be available if you’re coming to the Rusty Bucket for ANYTHING at the “Sugar Shack”, we stood at the ice cream section to order and the employees stared at us until we approached THEM asking for assistance (in a totally dead restaurant) – tried ordering listed milkshakes from their menu and were told that they were out of certain ice creams and toppings – no worries, we modified the drinks as per our waitress and paid. We wait for thirty minutes for ONE of the two milkshake to be made, and then told that one of the drinks we ordered didnt have the ice cream, toppings, OR the other ingredients listed. Again this is after already waiting thirty minutes for one of the two milkshakes. We ended up asking for a refund after our waitress approached us for a THIRD time that they were out of yet another ingredient needed for the milkshake. (Paid with card, could only receive refund in cash). We haven’t been here in years and were reminded exactly why we’ve written this place off as an option to eat.

I wasn’t inpressed and will never go back. The employees where loud and some guy was walking his dog around the dinning room and bar. It wasn’t a therapy dog either. I will never recommend this place ever. What a waste of money and time. Not impressed plus prices were to high for what we got. No hamburger should cost over ten dollars
