The omelette was fine, made a little different than usual; almost like a scramble? However, I do like the option of getting pancakes as a side! You never see that!! The potatoes were different; they were thinly sliced like on a mandolin. I wish they were a little crispier.
Service was quick and friendly. I love the pastry tray option given at the beginning; I’ve never seen that before and thought it was a great concept!
Restaurant was very crowded and noisy. Sad place for the great city of Edmonds. Will never be back and refer no one.
My husband and i came here as we were in town for a concert. The location was the most beautiful spot we visited in seattle area, hands down.
The service here was very friendly and surprisingly fast, especially given how busy they were.
The food was good but not the best I have ever eaten, I got the Ole scramble and I found it was far too mild and the provided hot sauce was also too mild – it was still tasty though. My husband got the lemon custard crepes and he loved them and devoured the entire plate within moments.
The portion sizes are giant, as on par with the rest of our experience eating in the USA, so if you have a big appetite you should be happy.
Overall if I ever return to seattle, I would likely return here.
We waited close to half an hour to be seated but once we were service and food was prompt and the food was delicious.
My daughter ordered crepes and did not enjoy the flavoring, she normally loves crepes.
I had pancakes with my skillet breakfast and they were not great. They had a leathery and almost chewy texture which is pretty disappointing for pancakes.
But overall we really enjoyed our food and the atmosphere as well as the service and they serve a really great cup of drip coffee.
When I told my server I wouldn’t be eating it, he took my plate away without offering an apology or an alternative. He never came back to check.
My husband ordered the chicken fried steak. Sad small steak, didnt taste fresh and the side of thinly sliced breakfast potatos were all undercooked.
For a place that serves a cup of coffee for 6.50$, you’d expect breakfast a little more elevated and we’ll executed.
Will not be back.
This place gets packed very quickly in the morning, so come early if you don’t want to wait.
