The food is very good! The place is very good!
Staff very nice!
I would give 5 star for the place, BUT they charge you “Fee transaction” from their dreams and “Miami Tourist Fee” even for Miami residents. I complain about this and they don’t care.

Unrecognizable, Burnt and heavily saturated with cooking oil:. This one is actually hard and sad. It’s a scene right out of “Kitchen Nightmares”. Chef Gordon Ramsay would of 86 our “Take out”. “Stop ✋serving it to the customer”! Why would the chef serve a dish like this? Why would the owner of the restaurant allow this sort of behavior from his/her chef? Would the chef or restaurant owner serve the items that they sold us to their immediate family or closest friends? Simply put, of course not, they would be embarrassed and ashamed to be viewed poorly by their immediate family or closest friends! But it’s okay to serve it to “Paying Customers” what do they know anyway, they’re just a bunch of fools who really don’t know anything or care what good food looks like or how good food is supposed to taste. If either one did “Care” they would make sure each dish not only taste good but looks good too. This restaurant owner & chef have clearly lost their drive, that passion that they once had for the food, for the culture and for their community and thats whats hard to bare and actually sad about the whole ordeal.

My hubby and I were trying to figure out where to eat as we were on our way to Home Depot in NMB, he told me to look at this place’s menu as he had been here for lunch before. From the outside, the place looks very unassuming and based on some of the reviews I saw, it seemed mixed. I haven’t had pupusas in a long time and decided to give it a shot. We were so glad to come here, the service was excellent, the food was delicious and it was very cheap. We ended up taking food home because we didn’t realize how big the plates were. This will definitely be in our rotation of restaurants we visit in a monthly basis. Highly recommend the stuffed plantains, it was the perfect balance of sweet and salty. Only downside is that parking isn’t great. There’s only street parking available and it’s a heavily trafficked area

I have been going there for years, the waitress is really nice, eventhough they used to send two tortillas and now they send one, it’s close and convenient, too loud music but good hadnmade tortillas and pupusas, today was my last day, they charged me ” MIami tourist fee” on top of the “transaction fee” which should be covered by the business not the client, the amount was really small, it;s not the amount it’s that I already made a small searched and North Miami has absoltulety nothing to charge under the concept ” tourist fee”
I am giving one star for “the tourist fee” I am a resident and since when is the City of North Miami touristic to charge a fee?

This place honestly is one of the best Honduran places in the greater Miami Area. The food, the big screens for games, the variety of drinks, the coffee, and even the decor of the place was on point.
The service was amazing, and the food even better!
If you are in the North Miami Area .. this is a place you definitely need to visit!

I’ve ordered from here a lot.. But the pricing is a bit too high to continue coming.. almost $10 for a beleada “super”. It does taste good don’t get me wrong.. but for $10 I would prefer carne asada in it not steak tips like the ones used in a soup. If it was larger then the price would be justified. If I continue to come I will grab the regular baleada and go down to a fritanga for a carne asada to slap in it.
