We walked from our air b&b to the restaurant and had the best time! The food was wonderful and had great prices. We felt at home and were lucky enough to see impromptu live music on a Saturday night. What a gem with such nice owners. Add this to your must stop list in Pochontas County.

Heard this place had opened so I popped in to check it out. Wow! This place is well done and it has a really long, amazing homemade bar made from beautiful maple wood that serves liquor. (Full bar is not something you see a ton of around here) They even had a bourbon that I was not familiar with and I tried while waiting on my to-go order and liked. Have been open for only a couple weeks. Still working out some opening kinks like all new places experience. Had 4 local craft taps (maybe more) and some domestic taps as well. I did not see their non-draft list of cans and bottles. I got a burger called the Cow Catcher and because I had my pooch I got it to go. I ended up going across the street and down a hill to nosh at the picnic tables. Great tip from my server. It was really nice. The railroad was boarding for a ride. The hamburger (which they told me was special blend and never frozen) was fantastic. Comes with some homemade potato chips. They have fries for an up charge. Met the owner while I was waiting. They have done an amazing renovation. This entire interior is really well done….the bar, the beautiful floors, the walls, the cool map mural.
The restaurant business is hard especially up here. Please support your local restaurants! This one is currently open 7 days a week!!!! Something else you don’t see in this area. Lot of restaurants are closed for several days early in week around here.

My friends and I were lucky to spend some time here while our car was repaired by the shop down the street. Food was high quality, we had the chicken fajita salad and the Sunday special, which was a homemade chicken pot pie. The pot pie was amazing, and the burgers at another table looked excellent. Would love to come back here in the summer to try a burger at the picnic tables outside!

the food here was so good, we came back twice on a weekend in town for hiking! ordered the cowcatcher burger and main street fries (HIGHLY recommend) and then the honey dipped chicken and pigs ear. house chips are great! our servers were all wonderful, can’t beat the prices, and the fun carnival drinks were a huge highlight!

Super friendly staff, very reasonable prices, and Greenbrier sandwich was very good! Cool interior with local old growth wood on the bar and local history incorporated throughout.

Came here to grab some food while in the area with my girlfriend and MAN this food is unbelievable! You can tell it’s all homemade. The wings and ranch were amazing. Definitely give it a try, best food in the area!

Wife and I stopped by on our way through this state and we have to say the food was exceptional. However the service we received was very subpar, we are hoping it was just this one time, our bartender Trent was not the best. He was very slow and made us wait for drinks multiple times. Hopefully it’s not like this all the time. Very good food.
