Green Bay doesn’t really have much to boast about in way of dining options. When Rustic Ridge opened a short while ago, I had something to cheer about!
We visit the area often to visit family and am SO happy we found this place. The bar is open and spacious. The staff is friendly. The food is DELICIOUS! We’ve eaten at both the Friday night Seafood buffet as well as ordered off the menu. The included salad bar has much more than the standard options including soups, and huge peel and eat shrimp (Fridays).
Our experience on each of our visits prompted us to host a “family night” there complete with aunts and uncles and cousins. Everyone loved it.
Do yourself a favor, venture the 20 minutes from Green Bay and enjoy the Rustic Ridge experience!

Since I was not familiar with the area, I Googled restaurants in Pulaski in order to take my daughter’s friend for a birthday lunch. The reviews prompted me to take her there. Ordered the ribeye sandwich and was blown away. It was probably the most wonderful ribeye sandwich I ever had. It was prepared to perfection, served on great (I believe Italian bread). The portion was large, tender and thick. The sandwich came with chips, but I opted for the fries which were quite good. I would definitely return if I ever return to the area.

Excellent tasting large portion food and a pleasant clean rustic atmosphere at reasonable prices.
The dining room is fancy and elegant. Recently remodeled in late 2015.

Waited 10 min. to be seated. Food was subpar. They served large portions but very salty ( I normally salt my food) so not too appealing. Ordered a gin and tonic. Must have forgotten the gin. Wouldn’t return.
