The food was good and the service was just OK. They did not seat us until our entire party arrived a party of 12. Of course we all travel separately so we had to just stand around. The server was polite and did good. However the hostess some young kid with braces has so much to learn… Margaritas were good and very tasty. Several people had desert and no complaints. I say go give this place a try. It is a little dingy not well lit. But food selection is great.

First time eating here and will definitely not be our last. EVERYTHING was amazing. The service was the best we have received in years. The food was fairly priced, and the portions were huge. Our appetizer was the best loaded potato skins we have ever eaten. The pork tenderloin was HUGE, covered in skillet gravy paired by mashed potatoes and green beans. My wife had their signature Rustic Oak steak. She loved the special butter it was served with. (See photos) All said, one of the best meals we have had in years that did not cost $250-$300. We will definitely be back again soon.

This was our first time here. We sat at the bar and had wonderful service and our bartender was very nice and on point! I’m not usually a sweet drinker and I had the lemon martini and it was amazing. We also had steaks and the mozzarella sticks are on steroids and like hand battered, I highly recommend. We took their homemade fudge home with us also. We will be back.

We actually did a road trip to check out Sticks and Stones but ended up here instead because their reviews were better. My first impression of the entry was it kind of smelled like your grandma’s house but we soldiered on. The inside is decorated in a combination of Americana and hunting cabin in a pretty busy way and the lighting is dim making it pretty dark inside. The waitress was sweet as she could be and had our drinks quickly. My husband had the pork tenderloin and I had the roast beef. His sandwich was done perfectly and was a good sized portion he ordered it with onion rings which I thought were done just right but he prefers them real crisp. My roast beef sandwich was served open faced and the half order was more than enough. The beef was tender and flavorful. All said it was a good meal with pleasant service at a competitive price.

We stopped here for dinner on a day trip through town based on other reviews and weren’t disappointed. Our food was served fast and hot. It was fantastic. Our server was super friendly. All this and reasonable prices. We just wish we lived closer. BTW- The dessert menu looks amazing, but we were too full to indulge. Thanks for a great experience.

Nice place! Very personable staff and service. Big menu which made choosing what to eat very tough. All of the menu items looked good. Had the fried green beans for an appetizer. I had the steak burger horseshoe sandwich. My son had the Country Egg, Bacon & Cheddar Cheese Burger and his mom had the Santa Fe grill chicken salad. All of the meals were filling, with no room for dessert. I highly recommend this Pub when in Hannibal!
