Walked in to try out the pizza and was greeted with two very kind servers immediately made me feel welcomed and appreciated, the owner who was making pizza was friendly and checked on me to see how my pizza was ( which it was phenomenal)
They don’t just have great servers and pizza they also have a delicious variety of desserts and treats, I got the s’mores cinnamon roll, that’s the roll of the week and it’s something you would see off of social media. It is all the hype. And what also shocked me was that they have genuine New York bagels shipped in!!!
It’s a really cool place to try out with a beautiful view right on the beach.

A great addition to the South side of Flagler Beach! We ate outside on the patio in the early evening on a Wednesday. The service was friendly and attentive. It took 15-20 min for the pizzas to arrive. We really liked the sourdough crust and the toppings were plentiful and fresh. My husband ate his whole pizza but their pizza size is two meals for me. They have 5 vegetarian pizza options on the menu. Their House salad sounds great, and it comes in small and large sizes. Vegans could get that and/or a pizza without cheese and have a yummy meal. The breakfast options on Saturday mornings are pretty meat heavy. It would be nice to have a vegetarian option on the menu for that. Overall a great place to eat!

What in the freaking Pizza
I called in and ordered a pepperoni pizza, and it was by far the best decision I’ve made all week. From the first bite to the last, my whole family was blown away. The crust, the sauce, the cheese — everything was perfect.
We picked it up, walked over to the beach, and enjoyed every single bite with an amazing view. It honestly made the whole experience even better.
We’ll definitely be back and I can’t wait to work our way through the rest of the menu. Rustic Dough Works is a must-try!

First time here having just moved to Flagler Beach. What an amazing family run pizzeria/bakery and with a view of the ocean! The pizza and bakery are awesome with incredibly tasty and perfectly cooked bagels, scones, cupcakes, and all kinds of other cakes. Of course the pizza is great and is one of the best tasting pizza’s I’ve had in a very long time. Outdoor and indoor seating as well. A big thanks!

Been hearing about this place, as I come to Flagler Beach often. Everything was delicious and fresh. As a bit of a pizza fanatic, this was different than anything I’ve had in some time, but in the best possible way. Dough is super fresh soft and light. Had the pepperoni with gegott. Fantastic and Reasonably priced. Great location, right across from beach. Can’t wait to try their cinnamon bun. 3 people, shared a pie, had three soft drinks and two small salads. $40

Wow!!!!! We went for breakfast to the Palm Coast location and had such a great experience! Our waitress Gwen and other employee, Tabitha, were phenomenal! They were kind, helpful, and always checking to make sure we didn’t need anything. We talked and laughed! The breakfast was great, lots of food and reasonably priced! Best cinnamon roll O have ever eaten!!! It was such a great experience that we decided to go back for dinner! Best pizza in town!!!! And the sodas were perfect amount of syrups and tasted great! We were excited to see Gwen and Tabitha and they were excited to see us again! Made us feel so welcomed!!! Two visits in one day! Thank you girls for excellent service and thank you to the owners for the high quality ingredients you use in your food! Everything was sooo delicious! David, the owner and chef, is incredibly welcoming. His story is as compelling as his food, marked by service to our country and Florida communities, followed by serious culinary and pizza-making training in Naples, Italy. Trust us: it shows in every detail of his work.
Samantha was equally engaging and delivered outstanding service throughout the evening, adding to an already exceptional experience.
The food was phenomenal from start to finish. We began with a burrata appetizer, followed by garden and Caesar salads. Chef David surprised us with a delightful amuse-bouche: fresh pasta in a creamy garlic sauce with pancetta, an excellent prelude to what came next.
Then the pizza parade began. Rustic Dough Works serves Neapolitan-style pizza—quick-cooked, with high-hydration sourdough that stays moist and airy. What sets it apart is Chef David’s use of a blend of “00” and “0” flours, giving the crust superior structure while still being light and fluffy. These pizzas actually hold up in your hand, which we loved.
The ingredients are top-tier: premium Grande cheese and a beautifully balanced sauce with bright tomato flavor and just the right tang. We sampled the Margherita, the Sonny Boy, and two specialty pies—eight pies total, with eight more headed home for breakfast the next day. Phenomenal.
We wrapped up the evening with a lighter-than-air cream tart-style pastry, beautifully made by Samantha. Paired with great wine, excellent food, and good friends, it was one of our most memorable tastings.
We cannot recommend Rustic Dough Works highly enough. They also offer innovative breakfast service later in the week, and we hear a second location in Palm Coast is coming soon.

Went to Rustic Pizza and it was delicious! Our 12” Deb weekly special was almost 13” IYKYK- Sam provided great service and great stories. We will be back to try some other pizzas as they have some fun flavors.

rustic dough works is an awesome ma and pop bakery/pizzeria with an emphasis on quality and ingenuity. my go-to pie is the Rigg’s… a red pie topped with old world cupping pepperoni, garlic, basil, ricotta, and mozzarella. the dough is chewy with a perfect crispness. you can tell they use ingredients without fillers and preservatives, because it doesn’t leave you with that “what did i do to myself?” feeling. the pistachio cake is mind-blowing. friday’s special is a great deal, $30 for pizza of your choice, salad & drinks for two, and a chef’s choice dessert. definitely worth checking out if you haven’t already!!
