We stopped in to try something new, and from the moment we walked through the door, we were impressed. We were warmly greeted right away and mentioned it was our first visit—patrons leaving smiled and told us we were going to love it. They were absolutely right!
We ordered the lunch trio, which was a fantastic deal: Caesar salad, basil pesto pasta, and a slice of carrot cake for the birthday girl. My six-year-old ordered a pepperoni slice that was bigger than his head—and he was thrilled! Gina was incredible, juggling multiple tables while making sure our drinks were always full and everything ran smoothly.
The kids gave this place a solid 10 out of 10, and we couldn’t agree more. We’ll definitely be back—and sooner rather than later!

We were just in town for the night and this place was around the corner from our hotel. When I went to pick it up, our pizza was ready, but they forgot to put the desserts with it. They made it right, but I had to wait about 15 or 20 minutes while they made those. Fine, except that just meant my pizza was getting cold. Overall, I would try it again if I was in the area.

I paced a to go order today, but when I got home, one of the pizzas was not made correctly. I called up to the store to see what my options were. A lady named Gina offered to make me the correct pizza and personally deliver it to my house. That is going above and beyond! They will forever have my business ❤️

Came with the family for dinner. Ordered pizza, calzone, pasta and chicken parm. Chicken parm; the chicken was very bland and the marinara could have been a store bought product. Just too sweet and not very flavorful. The pasta dish was okay, just very unbalanced flavor throughout. Not salty enough and plain. Pizza was better, although the crust clearly contains dough conditioners which makes it somewhat dense. Same for the calzone; flavor was okay but uncharacteristic pizza dough. Also, the calzone was very lightly filled with ingredients.
Prices are off the charts here and not justified in my opinion.
The server was nice and tried hard to make us comfortable; very inexperienced so we cut him some slack.
It is unlikely that we will return due to the high prices and mediocre food quality and taste.

Service was good. Everybody was friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean. We were even offered a free soda while we waited. We ordered our pizza to go. It was really hot and seemed really fresh. My husband and I even shared a slice in the car. I gave the pizza 3 stars because there’s absolutely nothing really special about it. I loved the texture of the crust, but it was really bland. I expected a buttery flavor and just a sprinkle of salt in it or on it. It literally had no flavor. My husband said the same thing. Although the vegetables tasted really fresh, “something” left a strong taste in my mouth. Maybe it was too much garlic or oregano, or something. I dont know, but I literally couldn’t eat another bite after sharing that one slice in the car. I really wanted to like it too. I had seen the restaurant being reviewed on tv and couldn’t wait to try New York style pizza. I’m sorry, I’m just not a fan.

Just had a fantastic experience at Russo’s Pizza! The food was absolutely delicious, but what really made our visit special was our server, Amiee. She was so attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her amazing service truly enhanced our dining experience. Highly recommend Russo’s, and if you go, definitely ask for Amiee!

We’ve been eating at Russo’s LC consistently for the past 5 years. The pizza can’t be beat. There were some hiccups when the new owner took over. One of my favorite things and favorite of my out of town visitors was the large wine pour. That has gotten quite a bit smaller. I used to order a Doppio Pepperoni and it changed a bit so we just order regular pepperoni now. The crust is fantastic and what keeps us coming back. I have hated pizza crust my entire life, but I eat my crust at Russo’s.

As much as I love this place and have been a long time costumer I am so disappointed that they have not had my wine Pinot Grigio for the past few weeks! We hosted my son’s bday lunch here and no Pinot Grigio and I came in again for lunch no Pinot!

We visited Russo’s New York Pizzeria with my family, and our server Aimee was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. Aimee took the time to chat with us, checked in often without being overbearing, and truly made our dining experience enjoyable. The food was great, but her outstanding customer service really stood out. We’ll definitely be back — thank you, Aimee, for making our visit so special!
