Our server Francisco right away greeted us as soon as we came in the door. The owner kept on checking on us & even offered to serve our pizza . Everything was sooo good, fresh, & hot. Wings are super crispy. Mozz sticks are amazing. Cheese ravioli was my fav. Both were at the door wishing us safe travels

Absolutely fantastic place!
Service is friendly and attentive.
Food is AMAZING! The eggplant chips and wings were crunchy and spot on! The pizza had a great crust and was flavorful! Unfortunately didn’t have any room for dessert so I’ll be back for that someday!
Would recommend to anywho loves good food made with care!

We arrived, there was only one table of people in the restaurant. We waited to be seated. Waited and waited. Finally I said can we just have that booth. Sure. Got our drinks, free bread, still no menus. Finally got menus. We announced that we were drawn here due to a gift card. We ordered. During that we had to listen to the waitress issues with her children, unprovoked by the way. My daughter ordered Baked Ziti, I ordered Chicken Florentine. We received our food. Chicken Florentine was watered down and inedible. The baked ziti had so much sugar in the sauce, it was like dessert. Drinks remained empty to the point we had to put them at the side of the table to almost announce they were empty. Manager came in with food from another restaurant. Pretty sad when the manager openly displays he doesn’t even like their food. When it came time to pay, I gave the gift card and my credit card. The waitress dropped off our check all of it was on my credit card. I asked the manager why the gift card wasn’t used and that’s when he advised me this location doesn’t take gift cards. No one ever said a thing, even after they dropped off the bill.
Do not go here. The food is subpar. The service sucks. Clearly if the manager doesn’t want their food that should tell you enough.

When we came in everything was fine, quiet, nice, nothing special. Until the waitress came. She’s very awkward and interrupts so much, she has no idea what she’s talking about and doesn’t know the menu at all. Frankly she’s rude. Second time coming here and she’s the same. Salad was bland, salty as hell, I’m amazed you can make a salad salty. They forgot the pepperoni on my pepperoni pizza? How do you do that? It’s like forgetting the Alfredo sauce on a chicken Alfredo? So I started eating the plain cheese, it was TASTELESS. so much oregano on it I was chewing on a leaf really, cheese was sad and dry, crust was hard and thin. I’ve never felt so sad eating a piece of pizza. I asked for pepperoni and I’m confident they microwaved some pepperoni slices and gave it to me on a plate. I’m amazed. Truly. I didn’t eat the rest of it I was just depressed there was no more joy in eating any of it so I didn’t. I got cheesecake for dessert, it was yummy. If it’s not homemade that would explain why it’s good. I’m very disappointed and will next drive all the way to Houston to enjoy real Russo’s pizza. Cheesecake was good though. My father likes the basil soup atleast.

I recently had the most wonderful time at Russo’s New York Pizzeria and Italian Kitchen on Davis Street, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. This place is the full package and easily deserves five stars!
The food was quick to arrive, yet every single dish tasted like it had been simmering all day. I was blown away by how delicious and savory everything was. The New York-style pizza is a must-try—perfectly thin, foldable crust with a sauce that’s just right. We also tried a pasta dish, and the rich, authentic flavors truly transported me.
Perhaps the best part? The incredible value. Russo’s is surprisingly affordable for the quality and portion size you get. It’s an easy choice for a quick lunch or a satisfying family dinner. Great service, great atmosphere, and even better Italian food. I will definitely be back!

My wife and and I typically go to the one in the woodlands but today ended up in Conroe. They’re supposed to open at 11 and granted my wife and I were early showing up 10 minutes after opening, however we were greeted extremely rudely by a heavyset waitress who sighed when we walked in and said they’re not even close to being ready. We apologized but she wasn’t having it and just rudely pushed us out. Russo’s is a great restaurant with fantastic food but we won’t be returning to this location.

Atmosphere:
Looking from the outside it doesn’t look like much being in a strip center kind of area. But once you notice the illuminating sign and step inside, it’s a while different atmosphere. There were photos along the wall and a spacious interior. Having the photos of their different size pizzas is a small but helpful gesture for the customer.
Service:
Service was prompt upon entering in terms or where we wanted to sit, and immediately after we were asked what we wanted to drink. Once our drinks were brought, he asked if we cared for any appetizers and once we ordered our food, he gave us an abundance of selections for our meals. Food came out promptly along with extra cheese and pepper packets.
Quality:
First off we got the garlic bread and it came with marinara sauce in which it complimented. Another of our guest got the buffalo wings in which you could see the steam come off the wings and bright in color. Eating them was an experience because they weren’t spicy but just the right amount of kick and the chicken was flavorful. Our friends got the Buffalo Chicken Ranch Pizza, while we got the Italian Works. Both packed so much flavor and the crust was made just right.
If you are craving pizza in the Conroe area, I would recommend giving this place a chance. Definitely try one of their specialty pizzas and you will not be disappointed. Thank you again for letting us dine some what close to closing and still tending to us with great customer service.

We’ve loved Russo’s since we moved nearby in 2018. We usually go inside to eat and always get great service, they have the best ceasar salad anywhere and their arugula lemon salad is amazing also. Obviously their pizza is what we order most. Tonight, I ordered delivery from their website and it looks like it outsources to uber eats. Unfortunately when uber arrived they left my salad and dressing but didn’t leave my pizza. I couldn’t go pick up due to having my toddler ready for bath and bed, but I called to let them know what had happened. They gave the pizza to the driver but the driver chose not to leave it; but I spoke to, I believe it was Cisco, the manager, and he remade the pizza and sent his server out to bring it me AND THEN he gave me a slice of cake as well!! It meant so much to me, and really made it right even though they can’t control uber. I’ve never doubted them but tonight proved their excellence in customer service and I’m glad to have them nearby. We’ll be back soon!

Every time I have ordered from this location, the food has always been so fresh! I have tried the Hawaiian pizza, which was really good! I recently tried the doppio pepperoni and prosciutto and fig and let me tell you, SO much flavor!!! I personally have never had ricotta on pizza, and that was a game changer for me. You have got to try it! The crust on the pizza is not your average pizza dough crust, you can tell its brick over style, which I love! They also have good hot wings!!! 10/10 recommend.
