I have been here a few times and the service is always great and the food is always great. Sierra is a sweetheart. I have had her as my server like 2 times now and she has been great both times. My boyfriend and I like to eat a plant based lifestyle and he orders spaghetti every time haha. Tonight I had chicken Florentine with no chicken and extra mushrooms/spinach. Delicious.

Terrible first impression, decided to pick up from here for the first time, called it in ahead – pizza Stromboli – waited 15 minutes, go inside and they never even put my order in. They gave us free mozzarella sticks to make up for it, which ended up also being terrible, not even cooked fully, cheese WAS NOT melted on the inside. Once our Stromboli finally came out , we bite into it, just for it to ALSO not even be fully cooked, cold in the center, mainly filled with tons of cheese and barely any pepperonis. We also had asked for a few things a ranch, that they did not give us, and when asked they brought us a tiny little container of ranch just enough for one person. Very disappointed, we were excited to try this place only for it to be an absolutely terrible first impression and most likely will not be back !

This was a tough four star. I’ve been here before and I probably would have rated it higher in the past. I think they were short-staffed and busy this particular night. Food and service was good but not great. 16-in square pizza was really good and a lot more pizza than it sounds like. Well cooked. Large menu lots of items. Short on wine selections. Great location for growth in broken arrow. Definitely worth a shot.

The food here is like most food in Oklahoma; huge claims that fall short due to no seasoning and, in this case, borderline false advertisement. The pizza is about as much “new york” as red baron. The “truffle garlic knots” appear to frozen garlic sticks that you can find at any grocery store, only they added some powdered parmesan… probably great value brand. Save your time and more importantly your money.

Tonight we ate at Russo’s Italian and had a great experience. We were promptly greeted and seated in a booth. Our server, Ilsse, was wonderful, and the manager, Lili, checked on us, which we really appreciated. They brought out three kids’ doughs for our children, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, and the kitchen staff worked fast—our food came out in a timely manner. What a great restaurant. We will definitely be back

Terrible service. I went here Saturday and checked my bank account on Monday. The waiter/bartender working (unsure of his name, but a younger male with longer, curly hair) decided to double his tip, making his tip over 50% of my bill. I contacted the store Monday and was told a general manager would be contacting me, but if I came on in to the store, it would be taken care of. I was also told that this was not the first time that this employee had done this (Glad to know they allowed the employee to stay after this had already been reported). Returned today when I was able to make the drive, only for the “manager” that was working to say she could do nothing about that and that they had just given my information to the general manager today. The food that I had was wonderful, so it is very disappointing that the service is so terrible. I would be all about continuing to give my service if the employees/management did something to right their wrong. Wanted to share to hopefully prevent this happening to someone else!

First time here. Lots of tables & chairs including seats at the bar. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Music was very loud, couldn’t hardly carry on a conversation. I ordered the 1/2 Chicken Parmesan sandwich and Caesar salad. The sandwich looked nothing like the picture. ☹️ Chicken was pounded thin then had a coating, maybe fried? It was very overcooked! I didn’t like it. My Caesar salad had way too much dressing, it was drowning. My friend had a Calzone and she didn’t like it either. I might come back and try a pizza as the complementary bread was good.

Our first impression wasn’t the best. We picked up a calzone and a pasta for $40 and the portions were pretty small. The calzone had poor craftsmanship. For example, all the pepperonis and jalapeños were in one corner of the calzone and the rest was just cheese. Pasta was good, but overall, it wasn’t worth going out.

We were in town visiting family in the Tulsa / Broken Arrow area and were looking for an Italian restaurant to try out and came across this wonderful little place. If you love Italian food as much as our family does, I highly recommend this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted immediately by the hostess. The interior of the restaurant is very nice and the atmosphere is pleasant and cozy. There are plenty of places to sit comfortably with either a large family or just a couple. The bar was well stocked with plenty of choices. Our waiter was awesome. He took the time to explain the menu and was able to answer all our questions about the menu items. There is plenty to choose from. They have pizza, pasta, soup, and salads, just to name a few item’s. We opted for 2 different style pizzas , the bread before the meal was wonderful also. The order came out hot and fresh. The ingredients were great, and the pizza was delicious. The entire dining experience was great, and we will definitely be back whenever we are in town again and plan on trying the pasta dishes , which all looked good. Overall, from the kitchen staff to the manager on duty, we received 5 star service and felt like family.

We sat at the bar. We opted to sit at the bar because otherwise it would have been a 30 minute wait.
Like most places, tables were empty but, not enough staff to keep all tables open. Bartenders were great but busy. Place was packed, servers were overwhelmed. We ordered salads with our meal. Salads came out about 5 mins before entrees, not leaving us much time to finish/enjoy the salads. We ordered pasta entrees and both pastas were overcooked but had good flavor. Overall, our rating of 2 star rating reflects price vs overall experience. We both ordered 1 drink each (2 total) plus pasta entrees and our tab was over $70. I would opt for Olive Garden any day.
Side note – if you are looking for a great whiskey selection, this is the bar for you! Owner is a whiskey lover and they have a wonderful selection!
