My Wife and I were so looking forward to NY pizza. So on 1/17/25 I ordered a plain Cheese Pizza. And boy where we disappointed the crust was raw wasn’t in the oven long enough. It was cut all cockeyed and uneven. Totally upset with this purchase for sure. Andy thank you so much for making things right this pizza was perfect. And you are a man of your word and that means a lot these days!!! Again thank you and I will be back!!!

Dining at Russo’s was a 10/10 experience, from great food to great staff, they have it all. I love this restaurant it is my favorite in the Richmond area, if you’re considering coming to eat here, I highly recommend.

Just ordered the Chicken Manicotti and had it delivered. This is the nastiest Italian food I have ever eaten. The “ supposed chicken” was ground up to a paste and the only flavor is salt. I will never eat or order at this establishment again and it is way to overpriced. My wife ordered the Lasagna and it got thrown in the trash with my meal. $60+ down the drain

The staff are really nice but the pizza was underwhelming for the price we ordered 2 pizzas one with the works plus extra jalapeño but got only 7 little pieces for 3 dollars. It was also extremely greasy.

The atmosphere is cozy and romantic. The garlic bread was delicious!!! I enjoyed the lasagna and I was able to taste the Spicy Chicken Alfredo and ordered some to go! So delicious! Treat yourself to an experience. Don’t bring the kiddos! lol

We’re so happy with today’s experience at Russo’s NY Pizzeria in Bella Terra! My husband and I ordered the most delicious Stromboli Calzone (which was also incredibly huge!) and a whole pizza that was so fresh! Daniela was the sweetest server we’ve known, making sure that our order was exactly what we were craving for and giving us an excellent service. We just wanted a normal lunch, but ended up having such a special time. We definitely recommend this venue 100% , please visit!

$2 for 4 small pieces of house bread, really(see photo)? How did this happen?
When I asked the guy who checked me out, his attitude was that the lady in back said so. With no care to resolve a customers concern. I really felt this was a poor attitude towards take-out order. There simply has to be better training or at least be courteous to a repeat customer who just found out the lady gives 4 pieces of bread now.
I am sad to say that I have lost respect for this place, they will not get my business anymore.
Edit: same day, 8:44pm: manager called and apologized on behalf of their employees behavior. I am actually happy that he cared to read a review and was humble to call and talk to me.
