We have been going to Russo’s for quite some time, we normally go there at least 2-3 times a month and always have a pleasant experience. However, on Sunday 20 March we decided to try their brunch. As usual, we were greeted, seated and our drinks came in a timely manner. We ordered and it took almost 50 minutes to get our brunch which consisted of pancakes and eggs, other patrons came in after us, got their meals ate and some left. When I inquired, I was told, our order was almost ready, really pancakes and eggs, took almost 50 minutes. The manager, who is named Alex, did not even have the decency to come out when we told the waitress, we will pay for the drinks, but we are leaving and would not be paying for the food, which was still not ready when I was paying. The bottom line and it sound like I am bitching, in a sense I am, was the unprofessional attitude of Alex the manager. I am giving this a one star rating because of the manger’s lack of professionalism. Like I said, we go here 2-3 times a month and to be treated like this, you get one star.

I always love eating here. Friendly quick service with in door or outside seating. Nice selection of pizzas to order, or build your own. They can make pizza or pasta gluten-free, and I really appreciate that. And like every Italian place, they have tiramisu and it is amazing!

Awesome food. Absolutely horrendous service. I brought some family and friends on a slow Tuesday night. After ordering 3 different beers, each time they were out. I specifically asked what they had available. 45 minutes later I finally just asked for a bottled beer. As for food. We got our entrees at about one hour after ordering despite ordering almost immediately upon arrival. We received an appetizer after our food was brought out. They also brought us an appetizer we didn’t order. I would recommend this place for takeout but if you want to go for a family night out make sure you bring a lot of patience and prepare for the worst dining experience you may have very well ever experienced. They did not even apologize for the mistakes or remediate my bill.

My husband and I love it here. We love sitting at the bar, having drinks and food(and football.) Of course we have a favorite waitress who is so amazing and makes the best holiday sangria. Kicandra, totally murdered the spelling, sorry girl. Anyways, we always have a great time and everyone is awesome. You guys are our favorite restaurant in Ewa beach and it’s nice it’s close to our house. Thank you.

Good food. Service is subpar. Have come here often, and I’d suggest only coming on weekdays. My order sat on the counter for 15+ minutes. The server finally brought it to the table and apologized for the other half not being ready. My wife and I shared my calzone because it was already cold by the time we finished (my wife’s pasta still hasn’t come out at this point). We finally decide to pay for what we got and the server who did nothing the entire hour we were there is confused by why we wanted to leave. Not to mention finding men’s hair in the food and having the owner look over at us 5+ times but never once coming to talk to us about the service.

When I first started going to Russo’s in Ewa beach they had live music at the outdoor dining area. Since about 7 months ago it has been discontinued. I would give them 5 stars if they would bring back the music. Food is great, service is great. So Bring back the music like your website advertises.

Use to come to Russo’s often when visiting relatives in EWA Beach but it’s been a bit over a year until tonight. Service was crazy slow, felt like we were ignored at times & part of the order was clearly incorrect. Check came & manager would not allow the 1 incorrect meal (out of 5 meals) to be comped despite that it was incorrect. Manager was requested at table & although ended up arguing with us, removed that meal from final bill. Would not return. Very disappointed to experience the decline of this restaurant.

We ordered two flatbreads over the phone tonight. Andrea’s, and the Paisano Napolitano. They were ready on-time. The crust is amazing chewy New York style. Crunchy on the bottom and soft on the inside. The price was to be expected on the island and the quality was great. Thank you so much.

Food is over priced, quality and taste is mediocre at best. Service is slow and ignores customers. Not sure why people are giving them so many stars. Honestly, this place sucks, but when it’s the only Italian place in a 15 mile radius, you’re stuck with it. Learn how to cook a quick Italian dish or fire up some Chef Boyardee and save some money and time. Or go to Paesanos in Aiea, now they have fine Italian dinning.
