The staff was very friendly greeting us with a smile and offered free samples when entering. They had a wide variety of chocolates, assortments and candies. The chocolate covered strawberries were great for Valentine’s day! They also had a selection of handmade truffles. The icecream was pretty good too!

Not bad. I feel like they need to update their store and make it more pleasant to walk around. It felt like a carryout selling chocolate. So, overall- need to improve aesthetics for the customers experience especially being one of the only locations in the area.
Service was nice though and I left with a few goodies to try 🙂

We stop off the highway to get out of the whiteout snow conditions in the road .
The ladies were so kind and sweet ! They let us try samples of things we were unsure about and we loved them.
These ladies gave exceptional customer service. Definitely a great experience!

I hand selected my flavors of jelly belly’s and they were almost crunchy ):
Customer service was great but the shelves were almost empty and still had Christmas/valentines days “sales”

I wanted to love this place and support it because it’s close to my home.. but I can’t if they’re selling old product.
Death to small businesses I guess.

This store looks dirty and very poorly displayed. The individual candies that you bag yourself have went up in price significantly. If the place was cute and displayed well, they would have more business. Instead there are pallets of product piled everywhere and lots of shelves are empty or nearly empty.

Did not meet my expectations. Went for ice cream. Limited flavors. Strawberry milkshake had little flavor. Got a variety of fudge and chocolates by the pound. Very sweet but lacking in a solid rich taste. Lots of sale items and sugar free items. Polite staff.

Employees here are very welcoming & helpful! Definitely worth the stop on our trip. The chocolate covered Rice Crispy treats are really, really good & so is their fudge! I will recommend to others, thank you Russell Stover Chocolates!
