Stopped in for a late lunch on a Tuesday, service was quick and the food was great. I had a grilled cheese with orzo salad (I didn’t care for the salad), husband had a chicken salad on a croissant he said it was very good. We also got coffees and some sweets, all very good.

Such a good little
Breakfast and coffee spot. You can tell they care about the ingredients they use. The bacon on my breakfast sandwich was fantastic. No thin stringy pre cooked bacon here. The cold brew was awesome as well. Don’t sleep on Ruska!

I always love going to Ruska. Highly recommend for coffee lovers, the drip coffee and lattes are exceptional. The Ruska Panini is also worth a trip by itself. Always friendly staff and warm atmosphere.

My family absolutely loves Ruska! The food is always so good & fresh! I always like ordering their quick lunch items, today I got the teriyaki chicken bowl! The veggies were so fresh & bright green, I hate to say it but most restaurants you order veggies & they don’t look so good. Definitely recommend trying Ruska if you haven’t already, They have something for everyone!

If you are here in Caribou, this is must to eat at. Fantastic coffee and cider. We really enjoyed the cranberry cider both hot and cold.
The corned beef hash was recommended to me by a local and I had it twice during my stay. It was the best I’ve ever had! The horseradish sauce was amazing on it. The biscuits and gravy could be from a southern kitchen. You get very generous portions. We felt a little bad leaving any on the plate.
The staff are so friendly and helpful for recommendations.
Highly recommend this charming place. It a must visit in Caribou and surrounding towns.

This place has a really nice atmosphere and a menu with lots of variety. I got the vanilla bean frappe and a waffle and both were tasty and well made. Extra points for serving real maple syrup!
I came on a Saturday and it was SUPER crowded, but the wait wasn’t too terrible. Also I was a bit disappointed that there didn’t seem to be an iced latte option on the menu. Maybe there was and I just missed it. But I came to get a latte and there just wasn’t one on the menu.
Otherwise I had a good experience

This place is so shockingly well-run, high-quality, and delightful, it honestly feels out of place here in Caribou (hate to have to say it like that but it’s the truth).
Amazing bagels imported overnight from New York, awesome looking pastries, a full hot breakfast and lunch menu, the coffee is terrific, the staff are friendly and helpful… I mean, it’s truly a gem and will be a must-visit for us every year when we visit the County. Top marks all around!

Ruska Coffee Company is a real gem in Caribou. It easily beats grabbing coffee from the gas station, Dunkin, McDonald’s, or Tim Hortons. The coffee actually tastes fresh and rich, and the food is made with care. The place has a simple, comfortable setup, and the people there are always friendly. It’s the kind of spot that makes you want to slow down, enjoy your coffee, and stay a while. If you haven’t tried it yet, it’s worth the stop.

Our empty plates say it all! The breakfast is the best in Aroostook County, and would give many other restaurants outside of the County a run for their money. We had the good morning breakfast platter and a breakfast sandwich; the portions are ample. The home fries and bacon are especially noteworthy, as is their baked goods. The croissant was everything a croissant should be: buttery, flaky, and light! The toast was excellent. This place is also cute as can be, and has a small, well curated gift shop focused on local crafts. We will be back.
