Update! Shon (one of the owners), definitely knows the meaning of customer service! He continues to make sure that everything goes perfectly & that I continue to come back & am appreciated as a customer! If you want a place with the highest quality food, where you know they TRULY appreciate your business, this is THE place! This is now my regular Rush Bowls. BTW, I did see some negative reviews around 3 months ago where people stated there was either a mistake or other issue that they were unhappy about AND I just want to say that if you are not satisfied or a mistake is made, PLEASE contact them before simply leaving a negative review because they go above and beyond and truly want every customer to be happy with what they get and will take care of you!
Rachel is seriously the BEST! I know it’s hard to update from “I’m already super happy with this place and they have five stars” but today they thoroughly impressed me! I got a personal call from them to try to make my deliveries, which I get pretty regularly, easier for me and more convenient! Rachel ALWAYS goes above and beyond and I am INSANELY impressed!!!! I truly could not recommend them anymore than I already do & again today they REALLY showed me what above and beyond customer service looks like!!
Original Review: I’m SO happy this location opened!! I go to Rush bowls because with my medical conditions oftentimes it is the only way, AND the healthiest way, for me to get protein and sustenance. The first time I visited this location, Rachel assisted me and she was outstanding!! The next time I went the person who helped me was definitely not as fast and it took much longer than I think it should have but considering this place had just opened and I asked for quite a few, I wasn’t super upset about it. I think the atmosphere in this place, including the building itself and the decorations, are great & I love the fact that I can actually get delivery from this location, which I sadly was unable to do at my usual Denver location (which I do still love!). I actually had put in a delivery order and when I received my first delivery order I noticed that one of the bowls wasn’t completely full, so I called immediately and said I’ll order again in 2 weeks (I usually get 14 of the exact same type of bowl and then freeze them so I can have one everyday) and when I do please just give me a free one to make up for the one that was not filled all the way.
I just put in my second delivery order this past weekend and made a note saying “I was told I could get a free one because the last time I got one that was barely half full” and they did just that for me!
I was EXTREMELY happy that they held up to what they said they would and I’m ALWAYS EXTREMELY happy with my bowls! I highly recommend this place and I REALLY hope they stay in business for years and years to come!!!!

This was my first time here. I have to say the two young men working there were very helpful and offering of their services. They gave us many options and helped us decide. Super friendly and terrific service. The smoothies were good too.

While I was super stoked to check this place out, I left feeling underwhelmed tbh. When compared to Vibe bowls, the minimal toppings provided are sorely lacking, making me feel like I overpaid for a simple bowl of blended açaí. It also wasn’t sweet enough imo and tasted more like icy mush than a flavorful treat. For the portion received—which was smaller in size than what you’ll get at Playa or Vibe—I felt distinctly overcharged. Two small bowls and a pup cookie cost almost $45.00. I won’t be back again. The other two places mentioned above offer more bang for a buck.

Came here a few weeks ago to try a new smoothie bowl place, they had an excellent selection of various smoothies and available bowls, I appreciated they had fresh made peanut butter. Their special for the month was 3 free toppings for bowls. Would recommend for anyone wanting fresh toppings and smoothies.

This is my first time visiting Rush Bowls. Since I was not familiar with the menu, the staff here helped walk me through it. Her name was Brenda and she walked us through the complete menu with great information in regards to health benefits. This is going to be one of my new favorites the atmosphere inside the store is cool. Music is on point! Clean and friendly.

Got two of the most popular bowls. Very bland taste, the base is simple things like frozen bananas and strawberries. The bowls are already $13. They only come with two toppings with one dollar charge for an extra topping. Felt like I could’ve made better it at home with more taste.
